I love the salad bar concept, so this place is great. You can add as many toppings as you’d like. There are many options to choose from, but surprisingly, no pasta. Not that big of a deal, but most salad bars have some type of pasta. On the other hand, they have items other salad bars don’t, like meat add-ons. One thing I would love to see is sunflower seeds. Ditch the pumpkin and bring on the sunflower! I like pumpkin seeds, but I much prefer sunflower seeds on my salads.

I never liked Salata because I always felt like they did not give me enough food. Since I have been attempting to eliminate foods that I might have a reaction to, I have gone to Sala a few times, and I noticed that while the portions of each item may seem a bit small I still get plenty to eat. There are so many options to choose from, and they are pretty generous when it comes to how many items I can have. One thing that has always been true is that their food is always fresh.

Had a regular salad with their “Seafood Mix” and not even fifteen minutes later I became ill. Thinking I was just getting a headache from the stress of the day I decided to take the remainder of my salad home. Only by the time I reached the other side of the food court on my way home I became extremely nauseous. So I went into the bathroom. I ended up getting sick to the point I was in the bathroom for the better part of the night and following morning. When I reached out to my physician that morning I was dehydrated and couldn’t hold down fluids he immediately said it was food poisoning. I had to have an IV to replace all the fluids I had depleted by the end of the third day I was just starting to feel better. Having gotten sick and when I informed your manager at least I think it was your manager as she was beyond rude. Her team members identified her as Z? I don’t think she understood the severity of it. Food Poisoning is Not funny or something to take lightly. I will be calling your corporate office. Shame on you The only positive thing is that I will be reporting my issue to your corporate office and to the Health Department. Avoid this location at all costs.

I went in to grab something healthy I’m in a plant based diet now due to health issues. And I really didn’t know what to get because it’s all new to me the young lady Zora behind the counter was helpful and knowledgeable about the things that I could eat she helped me with more than just my lunch choice for the day thank you so much Zora and Sakata I will definitely be a returning customer.

A new take on a salad bar. But this is no ordinary salad bar! You choose your bowl size, then start with your lettuce base, all fresh and all types. The choice of toppings are again fresh and there is so much to choose from. You can also add a protein of choice from meat, chicken, shrimp and more. I was so impressed with the service and selection. Your salad can get pricey depending on your protein add ons (think $10-15) for a very full “small” bowl meaning a normal entree size bowl. Have gone several days now and to try different additions. A must try!

Salata has a good variety of fresh ingredients to customize your salad to your taste. You can have it with one of their delicious homemade dressings like the Ginger or just add oil and vinegar. In addition, they offer different meats for your protein. The place is clean and the employees are courteous.
