We found Sakura Restaurant tucked back in Tuscan Plaza off Keene Rd near Guage Blvd. Everyone is greeted immediately upon entry and seated or served take out. The server’s are very kind and helpful in making sure you have a great experience. While there are big screen sports the ambiance is conversational. There is a bar.
The restaurant is clean. Paul and Brian attend to business and kitchen operations. We ordered Singapore Noodles and Phad Thai ( both highly recommended), both dishes were spiced perfectly and served family style per our request. The egg drop soup is perfect and tasty as are the egg rolls. Another very delicious dish is the moo shu pork, we order extra pancakes because servings are large. We may see you there if you eat in. We enjoyed every meal.

We have lived over five years in the Tri-Cities’s area. Sakura is by far the best Chinese Japanese fusion restaurant. The food is bursting with spices. I’m not talking about spicy hot (unless you order a spicy dish, which I recommend) but the ginger and garlic amongst so many others are so pleasing to the palate. You can taste the freshness of their ingredients in every flavorful bite. Their sushi is served in generous portions. It is always fresh and very delicious. Try their family meals, which are a great option for anyone seeking a great meal for a great price.

I have been ordered foods from Sakura for long. The service are always good. The foods taste good too depending on what is in my instruction during placing the order.
Today, I did the same to have instruction for restaurant to ask the kitchen service for my order of Happy Family. I point out the chicken and shrimp are so tought that are hard to chew by my teeth in the same order during the past. Hope they hear my concern. They are indeed overcook the chicken and shrimp so they are not tender and juicy.
The comment in the instruction causes trouble for my order at this time. Seemless or restaurant cancel my order right after they received my order and no explanation at all. I guess they could not cook well for chicken and shirmp so the only thing they can do is rejecting the order.

Me and my boyfriend have been regulars at Sakura, and usually stop by for lunch. They have amazing California rolls, with a hefty amount of crab and avocado. The size of the rolls are amazing for the price. I have never gone anywhere that charges so cheap for so much sushi! Not only that but my family, and friends have ordered Sakura out for years. Their dumplings,
teriyaki, orange chicken, and other entrees are definitely up to standard, and they have the best egg food yung in town! I definitely recommend it. The customer service can be a bit iffy depending on who your server is, but the hostess is always so nice.

The food was flavorful, above average. We tried vegetable delight, avacado rolls and vegetable rolls, and veg lo-mein. The servant was great with explaining everything we had questions about. As it gets a bit busy, we had to wait a bit longer to receive a check and to-go boxes. The receptionist observed and took care of the rest. Overall, we all enjoyed the food, time well spent!

My husband and I wanted to try a new restaurant so we decided to come here. We got the meal for two the meal A and it was the perfect amount of food, we also ordered the fried soup dumplings, general tsos spicy and the spring rolls. it was good service and fast. The food was delicious.

We recently stumbled upon this resturant. And the options are amazing. The food is always fresh and so quick! The staff is friendly you feel like you’re at home enjoying food with family. Also the fish tank in the front is a crowd pleaser for our 3 and 7 year old.

I ordered through Uber eats and I noted on every item that I wanted extra soy sauce not the regular sauce provided. I even requested extra soy sauce on the utensils request. I ordered two entrees and a couple sides. When I got my order I had 11 duck sauces on only 4 soy sauce. I called the restaurant and was told there was nothing that they would do for me and I had to call Uber eats. Uber eats told me it was the restaurant that had to fix it. The restaurant when I called back said the person who filled the order has been there a long time and doesn’t get things wrong and it was basically my problem. I will never order from Sakura again. The managers comments were rude. I never complain but at this point I’ve had enough!!!

Had a date night with my husband here over the weekend. The server is kind and accommodating. Food is tasty with good portion, and was served fast. We have a good time chatting and the leftover is still enough for another two-person’s full meal. We don’t come here often so feel we will visit again very soon given the positive experience.

I used to be a regular but disgruntled customer because of their repetitive slights. I’m over it and not gonna deal with supporting an overall terrible small business. They regularly would leave out utensils. I’d go to the extent to make it a priority with comment or note but they’d still leave it out. That’s just cheap!!!
The food is substandard. The crab Rangoon was cold and the ratio of their imitation crab to cream cheese was off and on top of that, they’d hardly out any filling into it as well. Soooo cheap. The eggless drop soup was laughable. There’s no egg. Maybe one in their entire pot because there’s nothing in what they offer as a small. Embarrassing really with how cheap they are. The teriyaki sauce is soooo runny. Completely watered down.
