I recently dined at Sakura Express and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The spicy salmon rolls were by far the best I’ve had, with the perfect balance of flavor and heat. The rolls themselves were also huge, which was a nice surprise.

A reliable restaurant! They have massive rolls and load you with lots of fish. I especially love their spicy tuna roll. A great place for lunch or a take out dinner. Their portions on other non-sushi items are also perfect for sharing. Their miso soup and salad are also great! Great place to go in town!

the s in sakura express stands for slay, bc everything here slays the day. they have sushi, udon, tempura, and numerous other dishes- you’ll be sure to find something you enjoy. this is hands down the best sushi restaurant in princeton that serves the highest quality authentic japanese food. the owner is a girlboss and they have free guava candy at the checkout counter :D. you can also see them make the sushi from the bar which is pretty cool, and the chefs are always very nice and sometimes give you free food. come here if you want authentic japanese food with a comfortable atmosphere and great customer service! i would give this place 10 stars if i could.

Never been to a restaurant where food was severed on a paper plate before. Other than that the sushi fell apart when I picked it up, and barely had any flavor even though I ordered a spicy roll. Waste of ten dollars. I’d give them 1 star if the staff wasn’t so nice.

We love ordering there. The staff is always very friendly, often offers something on the house. Basics rolls are the best, a lot of fish and few rice, the way we like it. Best deal for lunch than dinner. I tried the tempura once and found it too greasy. We like the soups too.
