This is how my tacos are wrapped. He was almost playing with it because he could not wrap it properly. Didn’t seem to care about it either. Great service.
The new steak and sauce is pretty good though! I would come back again and may ask to wrap my tacos myself.

We go to this location often, but I’ve only ever placed my order in person here, so I can’t comment on the online orders. The food is normally good and they normally have everything I want.
However, the portions and flavor are somewhat inconsistent. It’s pure luck if you get the old rice at the bottom on the pan, or a fresh scoop. Several times there’s been confusion when ordering or paying, but the staff is friendly enough.
As much as I’d love the convenience of placing my order online, I don’t want to risk getting skimped, since this appears to be a widespread issue at Chipotle.

Really disappointed in my Uber Eats delivery from this store. This is a burrito bowl with extra carnitas. Very surprised by the small portion. I think I just need to stick with locally owned Mexican restaurants.

I usually order from this location through the app, but unfortunately, it wasn’t working today. I decided to go inside and ask if they could make me a chicken quesadilla, but they were adamant that it was only possible through the app. When I tried to find a workaround or ask questions about how to make it work, the team was incredibly rude and dismissive. They seemed to lack compassion and were quick to dismiss my concerns. One of the employees, a mid-30s overweight white male, even made a comment about it being corporate policy and that I should just “talk to God” about it. This was made at 5:45 p.m. on January 30, 2026.
I was in no way rude or inconsiderate. I simply wanted a chicken quesadilla for my wife. This is one of the most absurd corporate policies I’ve ever heard. There’s no way making a chicken quesadilla disrupts their workflows so much that they can’t do it in-store. It’s completely ridiculous. Chipotle needs to change this policy immediately.
I’ve been hesitant to write a review at this location for a while, but I’m so fed up that I won’t be returning. The number of times they’ve gotten our order incorrect through the drive-through is simply staggering. It’s a very low-quality, poorly run facility.

Very big and clean location! They have a lot of seating for customers. The older lady working the first half of the line clearly hated her job. Seemed like an inconvenience to put my burrito together but I guess working in a fast food joint will have some people feeling that way. The younger man that put on the burrito toppings was much more pleasant though!
The food was good! Tasted fresh. I got my usual burrito with brown rice, barbacoa, mild salsa, extra sour cream, cheese and corn. It was delicious! Their chips were also salted perfectly. Would definitely be back. Hopefully their crew is in a better mood though, it’s a little off putting to deal with someone who’s rude when they’re working a customer service job.

Usually have way better experiences at this location. They gave us the bag leaking so it got all over my car, cause they drowned one of the bowls in sour cream. Also had to circle back around cause they didn’t give us silverware. C’mon man

Horrible Experience!!! We ordered through the Chipotle app and selected the drive through pick up window at Chipotle on Carothers. The pick up window wait was over 25 minutes until I made a decision to walk inside to get my food. Why are they allowing cars go up to the pick up window and wait for their orders when there are people behind them waiting on orders that are ready? Once we got home, food was cold and portions were minimal. Attached is picture. This is exactly what it looked like when we opened the burrito bowl. CHIPOTLE DISTRICT MANAGER……..pay attention to your customers!!!

So excited to have a chipotle closer to the house but what a terrible experience! The store is basically empty, not busy at all and they refuse to brew more tea when asked (all teas are empty and fruit teas are low). Tables dirty and trash overflowing. Employees texting. Apparently no manager at this location. Yikes Chipotle!

Some nights the food is great. Tonight I had to throw it out after attempting to eat half of it. I bit a sizable bone hiding in the meat. Seemed like a poorly taken apart rotisserie chicken. Fatty pieces mostly. Ordered online and picked up at the window, fast service.

I tried the new Al Pastor bowl, and it was too good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The first time I had a burrito bowl when this location opened was not so great. I understand all the bad reviews and experiences shared here, but I will give this location a couple more months to pick up with the pace of other stores.
