Came here for the first time ever on Valentines day. This spot is legit! Everything was delicious. The sushi menu was extensive, I cant wait to go back and try more sushi but I had to save room for Korean BBQ. My husband ordered the bbq sampler and I had the bulgogi. Everything was top notch. Best part… they are a byob establishment! Bring your best bottle of sake and enjoy the best Korean cuisine around.

Stopped here for dinner. The free appetizer was odd – tuna salad on a chip. We saw them scooping it from a tub on our way out. The sushi was good. However, we were disappointed in the entrees. Two of us got a
chicken entree – dolsot and hibachi – both equally bland. There was no flavor and it was very clear that the chicken was precooked and not flavored at all. The waitress was nice and the ambiance nice but we will not be returning.

My family has been dining here for years and we love Bonjung! The go to for us is definitely the hot stone pot, and the best part is they even make a vegetarian version.
The kids bento box is the perfect kids meal. It comes with an entree, fruit, a small salad and a little jelly for dessert.

We had a decent time enjoying the food. The restaurant was kinda tricky to locate in the business building.
We ordered a few appetizers and it was great. The fried chicken wings was full of flavors and crispy. The fried squid was crispy and delicious when pairing with the spicy-mayo sauce.
For the main dish, we had the spicy tofu soup with beef spare ribs bulgogi. The soup was flavorful and the stone pot kept it hot the entire time.
Overall experience was pretty good. Our waitress didn’t really check on us or get our water refilled. Will be back for more Japanese/Korean cuisine.

Amazing experience! The owner Gregory made us feel so welcome — you can truly tell he cares about his restaurant and guests. The Japanese BBQ was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the sushi was fresh and beautifully presented. Great atmosphere, attentive service, and overall fantastic vibes. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

This is one of my family’s favorite places to come eat. If someone finds out that we went without them, there is typically an argument on why we didn’t wait till they were back in town.
We have been going now for well over a decade, and I am still impressed with how good this place is.
The food is delicious. Genuinely some of the best sushi I’ve had, I’ve paid much more for much worse. They also have fantastic Korean and Japanese fare. It’s routinely a wonderful meal.
The service is terrific, the owners and staff are such wonderful people, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful.
It’s a perfect place for a date night, or a family gathering.
My family loves eating here, and I fully recommend coming to eat. If you want excellent food for a good price made by good people at a nice restaurant, this is your place.

The food was heavenly, and the service excellent! Our server (Joe) was an absolute pleasure to talk to and I will definitely be coming back. We also got a nice 10% student discount! This restaurant is a hidden gem of Collegeville, and I highly recommend that everyone come dine here at least once.

But im so happy we ended up here!!
The service was amazing and the food was delicious. They have an extensive sushi menu and the roll we got (cocktail roll) was delicious, but the star of the show was my kimchi fried rice bowl. I feel like ive been searching my whole life for proper fried rice with the perfect runny omlette on top!!
My gf got the Nabeyaki Udon and the broth alone was worth it, but the noodles definitely tasted hand pulled and she finished the whole thing (and loved it!)
The portions were very generous and our server Gregory was so kind and informative about all of our dishes.
The place is byob, but trouble’s end brewing is right down the hall and they sell amazing beer and wine as well.
DEFINITELY A HIDDEN GEM! And we will be back!
