Nice and quick service, welcoming atmosphere, delicious food. Love their hibachi soup and ginger dressing over their crisp, fresh salad that comes with the meals. Their fried rice, shrimp, and veggies are great too. Only thing I recommend is that they don’t cut up the chicken or steak in such small pieces (assuming to make sure they’re cooked through or to make them cook faster maybe?). I appreciate the quick service, but it’s nice to have a bite-size juicy piece of steak to savor. Also looking forward to when they have sushi again as it was always good. Overall we’ve been going for years and will continue to do so as they are consistently good! 🙂

My debit card information got stolen from using their machines. I would never go back here again. Be aware I am in cyber security and their networks are extremely vulnerable. Also many hidden charges.

I am very disappointed with the service I received here tonight. My daughter and I have been coming here often (about once a month for the past year or two) and we have never had a bad experience until tonight. Unfortunately, our waiter was extremely rude. While ordering my Teriyaki meal, the waiter stated that it came with a soup AND a salad. However, I wanted a different soup and was completely aware that I would have to pay a little extra. I ordered the soup that I wanted and later, when we asked for the soup that he said would come with the meal, he said it doesn’t. We were confused to say the least but let it go. Later, however, my daughter ordered an additional meal to bring home to her husband (which was a Hibachi meal) and we know that particular meal comes with a soup AND a salad. The waiter, however, said that they do not make soup to go, which was a shock to us because my daughter had ordered the same meal for her husband many times before and it always came with a soup. When we asked if that was a new rule, he gave us a boatload of attitude and said “you can ask the manager.” Additionally, our steak meals were undercooked. For example, I ordered my steak “well done,” and there was a lot of pink in the middle. Lastly, he did not return to the table to complete the steps of service (bring our check, cash us out, say, “goodbye” or “thank you for coming,” etc.). Instead, a very kind waiter came over to the table and cashed us out. You would think, however, since the tip was left to our original waiter that he would have come to the table once more or at least said, “goodbye.”

I got there and everything was fine. We sat down ordered and perfect. We received burned rice and burned vegetables. He mixed up my friends order and didn’t give people proper portions. My friend also had a piece of butter in his cup. He asked multiple times for a new cup and never got one. The show was very medium. Zero enthusiasm it was like he was on auto pilot and just running through a show.

Really fresh fillet mignon for lunch. The Hibachi grill is a fun spectacle for everyone and it makes for great food. It’s not what it used to be when it called Ichiban, but nonetheless the fried rice is worth it. Like many restaurants who have had to adjust to the economic problems due to covid, the prices have spiked and may be out of some folks range. I still recommend it for a fun experience. Sushi is no longer available unfortunately

Food too salty. Dinner menu is almost $10 more than lunch, but serving size is similar. A mandatory tip of 18% for party of 4 or more. Ridiculous. Just not worth it.
