Every once in a while, you can actually go into a subway restaurant: and get everything that you wanted, and NOT have to ask for anything 5 or 7 times.
This time, the bread was super FRESH, SOFT, The restaurant appeared to be very clean, and the employees were available right away to serve me! Paulus she wasn’t “STINGY” with the vegetables.
I didn’t have to repeat myself so many times. She listened, and gave great service.
She didn’t complain about how much, or little I asked for, she just served me as a respectful guest.
I hadn’t ever been to this subway previously, but I can honestly say I can recommend them to you, as my experience was great, and I honestly was expecting less than what I got, sadly, whereas we live in a world these days that great customer service has gone out the window of the previous year’s.
Great Job guys, (KEEP UP THE GTREAT WORK)….

Attendant was very rude. It started with her response to me asking about the two for Tuesday special and her response was we don’t do that here and rudely said it’s only online. Then when she started making the sandwich she started slamming the bread on the counter,she then started breaking up the cheese because it was not peeling smoothly, she then slammed the chicken on top of the cheese and then stated there is nothing here for free. So after that inappropriate comment I just decided to walk out of the store with my wife.

Just to be clear: This review pertains to Subway 283 CT 12, Groton. Food was standard. Lady making the sandwich was talking on her phone the entire time she was making sandwiches and ringing us out. Could not tell when she was speaking to us or speaking to the person on the other end of her ear pod. Rude and completely lacking professionalism. I have had a much better experience at every other local Subway in the area.

went in to order our sandwiches for dinner and the lady kept not listening to what we were saying. when i asked for honey mustard on my sandwich she proceeded to put yellow and when i let her know she continuously kept telling me i was wrong and then didn’t even fully scrape it off the sandwich

I decided to give this particular subway a try again since a while had past i assumed it should be better. I was definetly wrong when entering the 2 girls where on their phones chit chatting which is fine also but im sure tou should be washing your hands before takimg or making a order dealing with food. The lettuce was a second away from being rotten the tomatoes where all the end pieces and crusty I chose tuna theres was barely enough to even cover half the 6 inch I got and the bread was so stale I ended up just throwing the bald headed sandwich away waste of 7.50

This service is far behind when it comes to their customer service training. Was in from 6:20pm and out by 6:28pm, even without there being any customers in at the moment I got there, I was rushed. Understood, online orders can be rough. But this woman starts making my sandwitch, and disregards any questions I have, ignores me when I’m talking and is all around unpleasant. Her body language is concerning, like I am doing her a disservice by even being there, no smile or kind tone. Didn’t even offer to give me a recipt, pushed my sandwitch towards me and told me “go now” and rushed away. I know food service is rough, I just didn’t think it was so rough to be rude to everyone you see.

They completely messed up not just one sub but two subs, i ordered through uber eats and they somehow not only messed up my spicy nacho chicken sub, but DIDN’T even give me my Beast Sub either. They completely left out a simple sandwich and also put on toppings that i didn’t ask to be on there. Completely terrible service with the food.
