What a delightful brunch! Service was excellent, food was prompt, coffee refills without delay…great place to brunch! For a group of 9, it was awesome to be able to get a reservation by calling. The Apple and Brie french toast was perfectly sweet and fluffy French toast. The side of bacon was 2 thick, crispy pieces. Everyone loved their meal- only good options on the menu!

I had excellent service here at Sabrosa. The server was friendly, informative, and efficient. I sat outside, and it was a nice, relaxing atmosphere with the exception of a few persistent and unavoidable flies. I ordered the carnivore skillet. On the menu, it did not mention onions as one of the ingredients. I can not eat onions. So, I spent my time picking onions out of my breakfast(I am one of those people who won’t send my food back). I don’t know if the cook made a mistake or if the menu was not detailed properly. Otherwise, it was a tasty but expensive breakfast. Great tasting coffee, although the coffee cup was entirely too small. A couple of sips, and I was empty. I will give this place another try soon.

Our family was looking forward to Easter Brunch at Sabrosa. I don’t have a single positive thing to say about the whole experience. When we arrived at the restaurant the employee’s attitude was mediocre and they all seem tired. I had made a reservation for 10:30 am we arrived a little early just because we knew it was Easter and we might have to wait to be seated but to our surprise, the place was empty our server mention to us that she had 3 tables. When we sat down there was only 1 paper menu at the table right away we were told that we had to choose 1 item from the 1st-course menu and 1 from the 2nd course. I have an 8-year-old and the server told me that he can only choose 1 option from either the 1st or 2nd course. But when I made the reservation online nowhere on their website it said that children get to choose only 1 item. I asked her if I could order pancakes with bacon since it was only 1 course for him and she said no because the kitchen has a very different setup due to easter. She asked about drinks I asked for Apple juice for my son she said that they already ran out of Apple juice I asked her how busy they have been she said that the owner didn’t order enough and that they weren’t prepared. My reservation was at 10:30 am and they didn’t have apple juice. I asked her if she could ask if he can have bacon. The whole time we were putting in our order she was talking about stuff that didn’t make sense and that she shouldn’t be talking with customers like what the owner did or didn’t. I order the Apple French toast as 1st course and Florentine Omelette with no mushrooms. My brother order the apple French toast as well but for his 2nd course he ordered the steak hash ranchero he specifically asked for the eggs to be cooked hard-fried and not runny. When we finally got our food my omelet was stuffed with mushrooms and my brother’s eggs were very runny. He sent his plate back and I just pick through the eggs and put the mushrooms right on top nothing was seasoned there was no flavor, not even salt. When our server finally came over to ask if we need it anything she offer me a box to take the leftovers and I told her no she asked me why you have barely eaten any of my plates and I told her I asked for no mushrooms and she proceed to say it wasn’t her fault it was the cook. We paid $120 and we still left tips for our server. I was very disappointed my son barely ate his food he didn’t like it at all the owner came over to our table and said I would off make a cheese omelet for him. It was Easter Sunday they didn’t have a kids menu which is weird being that brunch on Easter you know you are going to get families with kids. The food wasn’t worth it and the service was terrible. The dessert table was very small and the pastries, we’re store-bought nothing, looked fresh. Never again Sabrosa.

Sabrosa was a pleasant brunch experience for my partner and I. We visited on vacation from our close Airbnb and felt like we got a decent variety of food options. My complaint was that I felt everything was too pricey while I wasn’t wowed by my selection (southern scrambler). My partner’s breakfast patsy was also “pretty good”. The staff was great and we felt well attended-to, and the only atmosphere bit I would change would be the metal tables and chairs outside.

We were seated outside at a pleasant table with plenty of space. Excellent coffee all around and mimosas for two. All orders came out together, hot and delicious! Our guests were happy with full tummies and positive comments.

I heard great things about this place and it’s near my home. I was not really impressed. My boyfriend and I were seated with no menus and no one stopped to check on us for 10 minutes. I watched two other people in the restaurant send back their food during that time. I ordered the Southern scrambler. The eggs and flavor was mediocre at best. The grits were sweet for some reason which was unexpected. It’s not terrible, but certainly not worth $14-17 a dish.

What an incredible place for brunch! Menu has an outstanding selection and the drink menu is great, too. We sat outside which was super comfortable and we were still attended to as if we were inside. Great food and service. Would have been a five star review except we waited for over 30 minutes even with a reservation.

My sisters and I went to Sabrosa for Mother’s Day brunch and it was absolutely delightful! We made sure to make reservations in advance since it was Mother’s Day after all. I arrived a little early to check in with the host who was very warm and friendly. After checking in I sat at the bar and enjoyed a drink before the rest of my party arrived. The bartender was very quick to take my drink order and also wish me a happy Mother’s Day. We were seated promptly after the rest of my party arrived (3 total). The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to go over the food and beverage menu with us. We started our sharing the goat cheese appetizer which was light and refreshing. I had the tortilla española which was delicious. The drinks were delicious and had the right amount of alcohol. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait to dine there again.
