I had the mixed plate kalbi , chicken and kalua pork with Mac salad n rice for my first time here . Very tasty . I’m coming back to try more off their big menu!!!!!!

Low quantity of ratings made us cautious but went for the craving for a Loco moco. Started with a couple of slices of French toast and the Hawaiian Royal. Both were perfect, and the house “hot sauce,” more like a finely chopped salsa, was hot and perfect for the Royal. Ended up not wanting to eat the Loco moco there since the med size Royal was enough for 4, but it was really good when I got around to it later. Absolutely would recommend.

In short this place missed the mark for me. Ordered the Teri beef lunch bowl and was confused when asked about what sides I wanted since I assumed a bowl was rice, meat and veg like the photo on the menu board. Hubby ordered the laulau plate and paid with a credit card. I thought I misheard the total. After he paid and the server walked away to work on our order I realized she had charged me for a plate ($2 more) instead of a bowl. My fault for not correcting her, I let it go though I’m sure I had said “lunch bowl ” pretty clearly at least twice when ordering.
