Manager was needed to approve my coupon and work the register, and she was nice enough. But the employee who was handling food decided I was worthless. She said no words and dropped my food into my car. No “here you go” or “thanks for coming in today”. She simply didn’t speak to me about the transaction. I said to her “thank you ma’am” and the glare I received was one of “why are you still here? I’m trying my best to not say words”. Maybe it was a bet between employees? I won’t be returning anytime soon.

This business need enough employees at this location and they need more than 2 employees working in the back cooking and the manger working the register. Rude, cashier acted like she had something better to do than be at work. Manager was amazing with how she was dealing with the people that worked there. I would have fired them all. I know it’s just a Burger King, but dealing with rude people when I’m the one paying, is something I’m not good at. If she’s that miserable, she needs to stay at home. Now after reading the reviews, I’m afraid to even eat my food.

No time to cook my kids breakfast before work and school so I decide to take the 5 min drive to go grab something for breakfast. They’re supposed to open at 6am….it’s 653am and the door is locked, no one visible inside and no answer in drive thru. I’ve had long wait times as well in prior visits. This Burger King is just horrible and obviously needs new management and staff.

The worst experience i ever had in any fast food place. They were out of basically everything drinks, fries, meat, toppings, sides, desserts, even toliet paper. The place was a mess napkins, straws, wrappers all over the floor no need to say the tables were dirty. Looked like it was never cleaned. The cashier kept rolling her eyes at all the costumer’s like if she had something better to do. The assembly workers seemed like they were high, they did everything way to slow. Will never eat at that burger king ever! Dont recomend no one going there at all just drive a few miles more to one next to Walmart. 12/1/17

Both of these burger king places are ghetto and the crew are rude and don’t care. They are always out of food and didn’t understand how you run out of dressing period. My bacon was halfway cooked my fries were old and cold. Sad i have to drive 15 minutes away to another one and i stay 6 away from the one on Austin peay
