We sat at the bar and were waited on by Oscar. He was outstanding! He was the best server I’ve had in a long time. We started off with calamari which was perfectly cooked. Then I had the baked ziti which was good. We finished off with a slice of cheesecake which was very good. This was the best visit I’ve ever had at Russo’s.

The food was good. Great price for the all you can eat. The service was so so and our server was MIA most of the time. The managers were running around doing most of the serving. Maybe it was growing pains. Otherwise it was good.

Got a 12”pizza and garlic bread. Bread was cold and not toasted but had stiff melted cheese. Couldn’t even finish one. Pizza was good but so small and plain for $30. $9for cold bread . Delivery girl was nice but she had a restaurant style receipt holder and made it difficult to sign while I was holding the pizza. Crust is better

Not only is their service awesome but the food is great. I got the large slice of pizza and you would think pizza is pizza but here it’s so much different. It is just the best pizza I’ve ever ate and they have this truffle cheese that is to die for. And the man that waited on me was super nice and super attentive just all-around a great place.

Ok, after seeing the name change I was a little confused. Turns out there are 2 different experiences. Take out is Russo’s inside is olio & farina. Well, the take out pizza is about as good as pilsbury make at home pizza ( not even at the level of dozen DiGiorno, etc). The cannoli was good but a little stale. For the price, go down the street to Domino’s

Service was a bit slow this past Sunday as there was only one wait staff, one cook & one clean up person. However the food was still the best as usual. Our wait person Erica made up for the long wait by doing her best for us & all the other patrons both sit down, pickup & curbside orders by herself. She was sweet & well mannered, calm & humorous, helpful & welcoming to each person she encountered. Cudos to Erica, who was the best!

In the last year, I have had more bad experiences with Russo’s than good. This goes for the location in Spring and the one on West Rayford. Tonight was their third (actually 4th!) strike for us. We waited 90 minutes for pizza, a half cheese half NY. Only 2 and a half pieces had NY toppings. Our spinach artichoke dip was SOUP with super crunchy, dry bread. We threw it away. In deliveries previous last year, they’ve delivered our order to the wrong house. They also delivered a pizza with no ricotta cheese when I had ordered and paid for extra. When I was on the phone with the manager he had the audacity to have me take a photo of it and text it to him because he was arguing with me that it was correct. We absolutely won’t be ordering from there again!

On Uber Eats, Russo’s uses the name Anthony’s Mediterranean Kitchen. I ordered a Arugula Capressi Salad at $14.40, and I received a bowl of Arugula, with 2 shavings of mozzarella on top. When I called, I spoke with 3 people including 2 managers. All of them blamed Uber Eats, even though I double checked the order and it was correct. They are the ones who supply the menu and pictures to Uber Eats. I guess they changed the name to protect the crooks. Avoid this place unless you like disappointment. See picture.
