I got the nacho fries with chicken. Omg they’re amazing! It’s a good size portion as well. Has fries, chicken, nacho cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and sides of salsa and sour cream. Yummy!

We just happened to stop in today while the “owner” Mike was there. Never in my life have I experienced a “man” talk to a woman the way he did. He was so degrading to his one employee working. We had paid for our food and while waiting on it he was nothing but rude and hateful to her. He literally chewed her head off over not charging us for mayo lettuce and tomatoes on our sandwiches. We couldn’t stand to sit there and hear how rude he was being to her so we just left. On a positive note his employee was nice as could be despite her “boss” being terrible. Will never stop by here again and will make sure to let everyone know not to dine here either.

My husband and I are huge fans of Weber BBQ in Bean Station! Staff is super friendly. Meat is smoked on site daily and always tender and juicy!! We love their Mac and cheese, made with white cheddar cheese and super cheesy!! Friday is a great time to go and enjoy their special, buy one BBQ sandwich (large or small) and get a small BBQ sandwich for $.99!!!! If you are in the area, make sure to check them out.

Not good. My husband, my 3 kids, and I decided to stop by Webers in Bean Station because we have been to the location in Morristown and thought that this place would be good as well. We were wrong. I can understand being short staffed…but one person in a restaurant on a Saturday is ridiculous. When we arrived, there was another group of customers (3 people) waiting on the food they had already ordered. I waited for about 15 minutes to order while the only girl there was making (well, actually reheating) their food. When it was finally time to order, the answer to almost everything was…”We’re out of that”….or, we only make hushpuppies on Fridays. (WTF? really. let’s come up with a better excuse than my bbq restaurant only deep fries premade hushpuppies once a week.) Just looking past the cashier/cook/waitress, you cold see that everything was pre-made. She even pulled the mac and cheese out of the fridge and told me she was microwaving it. You could see the metal tray of pulled pork just sitting on the counter uncovered. I was hoping that wasn’t what was going to be put on the sandwiches…I was wrong. Everything tasted old and cold. Maybe our standards are too high…doubtful… but this place was a waste of money and we won’t be back.

you have a 50/50 chance the food will be edible. When they are good they are very very good but when they are bad they are horrid. tonight’s ribs were burnt. dry. tough. how they can serve customers food like that is beyond me. will not go there again.

Food was delicious, my great smoked brisket sandwich was almost as good as the West Hamblen Weber’s BBQ. Service was slow because there were only two people working there that night but I think I will call-in next time and just pick it up at the window.

This Weber Bar-B-Q ® in Grainger County is not as good as the one in Morristown in the Alpha Community. I don’t know if it’s the cook lot the technique. However, the Bar-B-Q is outstanding there. Here it’s just… Good.

Always have been happy with our meals here today not so much ordered and then waited one hour and still didn’t get our drinks or food 5 of us had to ask for our money back and we left 4 other people came in and they didn’t even ask them to wait or nothing so they left I suggest a few more people to work sundays
