Great place to sit and have a drink. Friendly staff. Good food! I had a lamb burger that I liked. My wife proclaimed the fish tacos the best she’d ever had in her life! We noticed shiny, new, fermentation tanks and a mash tun. We asked the bartender about it. He said as soon as the last of the paperwork is in place, they will start brewing. We will be back!

Dressel’s is a place near and dear to my heart. My wife and I went there when we were dating and we continued after we were married! The atmosphere was cozy and quaint! After a few years away from the scene, Dressel’s is back. I went with our Supper Club and was not disappointed. They added on a bit, but you can still see the original charm. The food was great, cocktails were delicious and the service was fantastic. Go for the first time or revisit this STL classic!

Not sure where to start this review because I’m kind of confused by this place. The food and service were okay—very small menu. The drinks were very strong and didn’t have much flavor and our whole party was very disappointed. The margarita and mule tasted like strong bland liquor with no flavor and were very small. Unsure if I’ll give it another try…

Great to see them back better than ever! The pretzel with rarebit was great, and the fish and chips perfect. We definitely plan on coming back often, and can’t wait until they start brewing their own beer!

Came here on a quiet Thursday night and we were promptly seated. The restaurant had a quaint feeling to it with some great pieces of local artwork and photographs. Our server, Marc, was simply amazing. He made some excellent recommendations for food and drinks. He was very outgoing but never overwhelmed us with his presence. We had the flash fried cauliflower which left us wanting for more of it. The paprika balanced itself out well with the creamy blue cheese dressing. For my entree, I ordered the fish and chips which came with a big piece of fried haddock. My friends ordered burgers with a side of Mac & Cheese. I didn’t try their dishes but they really loved it. And if you ever do get dessert, I highly recommend their bread pudding. Two pieces of bread pudding topped off with toasted nuts and a drizzle of a caramel sauce, and enveloped with whipped cream was a perfect way to end the night.

It was very nice so we sat out on the patio. The patio is very close to the street, but there is not really anything they can do about that so I will not hold it against them. The food was good, but the menu is a little small. I like to have a few more choices. They had some very interesting local beers, but not very many that pair well with the food offerings. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would go back.

Food was amazing. Loved the “Louie” sandwich and the Pub Pretzel. Only negative was menu is a bit limited. Hopefully they bring everything back eventually.
