To start the Caesar’s salad was decent, they ran out of cheddar cheese so I had to change my app from the loaded nachos to the meatballs which had a great BBQ and bacon taste. The Bourbon Ribs were fall off the bone but as delicious as that sounds they were a tad dry. The shrimp was amazing! And the few pieces of broccoli I got were good as well. All the food came out hot and fresh, my waitress Courtney did awesome as well and I saw she was great with kids at the table next to me! Will come back but not in too much of a hurry.

Dessert like none other… The freshly prepared Apple Crumble Pie with Cinnamon and two generous Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream drizzled with Caramel; will add the icing to any cake… All prepared on a warm Cast Iron Skillet is a MUST have… prepared for two, but satisfies three! Add an extra spoon PLEASE!

Waited over an hour for our food on top of that hour we waited 20 min prior to get seated at this empty establishment. The waitress took forever to get drinks did not bring any refills to the table. left All the dirty used plates at the table. We never got a dessert we ordered and still got charged for it. The steak we order was burnt on one side and uncooked on the other. Overall it was a horrible dinning experience the manger wasn’t that helpful. Extremely do not recommend. We had to hunt for an employee to just give us the check so we could leave. Felt like I was being held captive.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The food is good for chain food, the restrooms are always clean, and the wait staff is friendly. I’m always impressed with how neat and well stocked the salad bar is. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 simply because I had to send my app back to be remade, BUT it was handled well and quickly, also the ice cream on my dessert was slightly freezer burnt. Minor infractions. For a chain it’s pretty good.

To begin with, the food was fine. However, I am disappointed in the service. Our waitress came to our table to give us our drinks and then did not return the rest of our visit. The other waitress, who had to bring us our food, brought us one refill each. Being that there were very few people in the restaurant, I feel like it shouldn’t have taken an hour and a half to receive our food. I love Ruby Tuesday but I do wish that my experience had been better.

Worst experience ever! Waitress wasn’t attentive and manager was unprofessional! Last night as we sat waiting for our drinks, two small roaches crawled up the wall of the booth where we sat. So we moved to a table nearby. At that point I was ready to go but because my honey made the attempt to plan a nice evening for myself and our two children, I decided to be a good sport. Our assigned waitress was no where to be found, keep in mind this was pretty much the duration of our visit. So we spoke to a really nice waitress in the same area where we chose to sit and explained that we were looking for our waitress as well as filled her in on the complaint. The manager came out to ask if we were OK and that he was contacting an exterminator immediately. He didn’t at the least offer us a free appetizer, dessert, or anything of that nature. After dining, I was looking for him (the manager) to return but he didn’t. So we paid the bill, tipped the waitress that was so kind to help us even if we weren’t assigned to her area. As I walked near the manager, I explained to my hubby that I will never return. And the manager stopped us just simply thanked us for pointing out the roaches. Distasteful!

Service was very slow, the hostess was nice enough to get it drinks and take our order. The garden bar was good but I ordered ribs and shrimp, shrimp tasted like frozen microwave shrimp and the ribs were dry. The manager satisfied is by providing another garden bar at no charge.

You have the wrong person as hostess. She never greeted or acknowledge other people waiting. She was not pleasant or smiling. We had to wait a while for her to return as she was busing tables. The service was very slow. It took another 30 min for the food to arrive after we finished our salads. Our daughters pasta arrived, we were charged $9.95 for a plain bowl of pasta, our daughters were finished eating before our food arrived, another 15 min. Very poor service and lack of management oversight. We will not eat here again.

I have eaten at this location since they opened and it use to be very good but not the past two times I have been there. Sunday August 26 2018 was the absolute worst. My daughter could not even eat her steak and the green beans had something added to them which she said tasted nasty. We waited for over an hour for our food and was told they were out of ribs ,shrimp , baked potatoes and several other items when we were placing our orders. People were leaving and going somewhere else to eat. The staff is not very pleasant either. I think the manager needs retraining on ordering so that they don’t run out of food and the management needs to retrain the staff on how to treat customers. They did comp our meal and several other customers meals too. This is not good for business.
