So we went to eat here the other day and when we walked in the hostess sat us down. It didn’t take long for our waiter to come over and help us. We got our drinks pretty quickly and our appetizers came pretty fast and my daughters food. We tried to order nachos fully loaded, because on the menu they only had nachos with queso and they had fully loaded tater tots. We asked to have nachos with the topping of the tater tots and the manager stated that he didn’t want to do that. So we ordered both nachos and tater tots. The nachos were unlimited but our waiter took so long to check on us that by the time we were able to get another order of nachos our cheese had harden. We were looking for our waiter and he was walking around making drinks behind the bar, in the kitchen, and also behind the bar eating and chatting with the other employees. The funny thing about that night is that there was a lot of employees in there but not on the clock I guess, because they were all walking around talking and sitting down eating meals, smh.

The drinks andappetizer sampler were incredible. Those pretzels melt is your damn mouth The waitress Crystal was extremely attentive and polite. I ordered the steak which I forgot to photograph but it was amazing. It was called the Hickory Bourbon and Bacon Sirloin. Now we all now Sirloins are small in portion size and thicker in cut. There’s were a bit small but fantastic none the less. The tables and chairs could have been a bit cleaner, as in, they could have been wipe off using more “elbow grease” but overall a good experience.

This is the second time my work group has tried this location. The first time was soon after it opened. The food was good but the service was slow. We thought maybe the wait staff and kitchen just needed to work out some bugs. We went back to day and had a very similar experience. It took our waitress so long to get to out table that we ordered our drinks, appetizer and food at the same time. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks and the appetizers came out after our entrees. Several other parties came in after us and got their food before we did. The restaurant was not that busy. They should have been able to handle our party of 8. We will not go back. it’s a shame because the food was actually good once we finally got it.

This was my first time dinning at Ruby Tuesday and overall I like this place. I’m thankful it was not too crowded today. The server/waiter was very attentive and kept asking if everything was okay, if we needed anything, etc. Our desert orders were ready promptly, nicely arranged on the plate and served warm. I was pleased with the service and enjoyed my meal. I wish I had the recipe to the Spicy Shrimp Appetizer, so I can create my own at home. Also, I enjoyed my chocolate cheesecake.

The waitress was phenomenal, always had our drinks full and making sure everything was ok. The wait and food was less than fair. We waited almost 45 minutes before the waitress was told that the food we ordered would not be able to be made and we had to choose something else. Then the manager came over and told us we didn’t need to change our order, then told us 10 minutes later we indeed need to change our order. Another 15 minutes later part of our food arrived. We were told that the other part would still be a longer wait. The food was decent, but not to the standards that Ruby Tuesdays is known for providing. After we had finished our meal the second part of the meal arrived with the check. The manager did make one of the orders free/lower price, but we still waited over and hour for our food. The only reason I’m giving a 3 star review is because of our amazing waitress.

My partner and I visit this location this past weekend. Our server was so super sweet. The overall atmosphere was awesome. The place was clean as well as the restrooms. I tried the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta and it was delicious. We will visit again soon.

The food is decent but they are very short staff and presented poor customer service. I have visit this location three times. The first time was a wonderful experience. The last two times I experience poor customer service. The hostess wasn’t friendly at all. I was seated at a table and after 20 minutes (it could have been more, but that’s when I started to keep track) no one came to the table. I left the first time of my second visit and the third time I ordered to go. They really need to work on there staff. Although they were short handed there were staff members standing around that could have help the other staff members. I will probably order my food to go. I won’t be going back for dine-in!!!!!

The food was great and atmosphere looked amazing. However the customer service was terrible. The host nor waiter were not welcoming. the waiter was very slow and didn’t have utensils prepare for us. Their poor attitudes made my family and I feel uncomfortable. We paid and requested doggie boxes 10 minutes after receiving food. My parents called management but they had a careless attitude.
