It was the worst experience that I’ve ever had. We waited 45 minutes for our dinners to be served. The Cajun chicken and pasta wasn’t cooked thoroughly it was dried out, very little Parmesan sauce .
The loaded baked potato had a handful of shredded cheese. My daughter had a seafood entree and an order of roasted mushrooms that they said would be an upcharge.. the entree was loaded with salt and the mushrooms were burnt and shriveled up .. highly disappointed and we’ll not be going back. The service matches the food.
And the bathroom was disgusting.. this place is nothing like it used to be..

I ordered the New Orleans fish & shrimp EVERYTHING was wayyyy to salty the portions were sad & my few mushrooms I had to pay an up charge for were burnt literally had no flavor other than salt and the waitresses were nowhere to be found my mom ordered the Cajun pasta and it was so dry she couldn’t even eat it and didn’t ♀️ wasted money it I was that bad and the $5 “loaded” baked potato was sad and under cooked it hardly had anything on it I wouldn’t have paid $1 for it if I had known what it was going to look & taste like not to mention it took at least and hour for our food if not longer

Went during the late lunch hour. It was quiet, so we were seated quickly, and our server came over in a timely manner to take our order. The appetizers were good. My daughter had the chicken and macaroni and she said it was delicious. My son had the kids’ burger meal and he liked it. My husband had ribs, and he liked them. He didn’t care for the coleslaw, but he’s VERY picky about coleslaw. I had the mushroom burger and it was tasty. I also had a strawberry margarita that was delicious. We all had leftovers because we were STUFFED. In all, it was a great experience and we’ll be back. My kids were always stuck on another similar chain restaurant, but my son said this is his new favorite.

I came in earlier this week and got the Tuesday $6.99 Burgers our server, Mikayla Was the only waitress in the building, but she did a wonderful job stayed very pleasant, and attentive. I got the American smash burger and it was delicious. Other than needing more staff, it was great experience. Will be coming back!

We were looking for something different in the New Castle area, so we decided to try Ruby Tuesdays. We sat at the bar to watch football and had great service from Kelsey. She was friendly, attentive, and very pleasant. Our cheeseburgers & fries were great and cooked to perfection. The salad bar was very cold, fresh and crisp. Atmosphere was comfortable, restaurant area and restrooms were clean. All of the staff was very pleasant and friendly, speaking when they walked by. 5 Experience at New Castle Ruby Tuesdays

I was in the mood for a good steak & ended up at Ruby Tuesday’s in New Castle, PA. It was late in a Saturday evening, the restaurant had a few family’s still dining but for the most part it was empty. The host greeted me warmly & sat me quickly at a table & provided me a menu. Your seating options are tables, booths or at the bar. My server then came over, introduced himself & took my drink order. I also decided to order the appetizer sampler, I liked its selection.
My server was back quickly with my beverages, he asked if I was ready to order. I decided on the New York strip dinner with a dinner salad. I must say that any of the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly & pleasant, I really enjoy that as a patron. My salad was brought out first and was perfect, cold & crisp. My appetizer was out next, I absolutely love the chicken strips. My main entree was out soon after. I hate to say this but my steak was terrible. Chewy, rubbery hard to cut sinew….very disappointing. This is the second steak I’ve had from another Ruby Tuesday that was of low quality. Everything else on my plate was fine. The baked potato was great, broccoli perfectly flavored and steamed. So no complaints there.
I did enjoy my dining experience for the most part. I just won’t be ordering the steak again. Ruby Tuesday’s has always been a solid dining choice for me. I have always enjoyed my meals here and I’ll continue to support them.

We had a great night, I had the NY strip stake and garlic shrimp and my boyfriend had the triple platter with the babyback ribs, steak and shrimp. The steaks were cooked how we requested, the ribs were AMAZING, and the shrimp was all properly cooked and delicious. Our waiter Shamar was amazing, very personable and funny, he made the whole night worth it! I’ll definitely make it a point to return to this location, it was an overall great experience!

Food was good but portions were smaller than what I recall years ago but I got salad bar so I could fill up on that, I would not have been full on meals alone, even the steaks looked small. Bill was $94 for 3 meals, salad bar, dessert, extra sides, 3 drinks so that’s not bad at all compared to everywhere else. I made the mistake of drinking my raspberry tea before the meals came out and therefore had to eat with no drink until I was almost done when the server got refills. On a Saturday night she appeared to be the only waitress, there was a few helpers but I could see her running around alone and busy, so I wasn’t going to tell her she got me the wrong dessert or it would have nice to have more drink refills, and steak sauce, etc. It looked like 1 hostess and 1 server for the whole dining area and then the bar area had several workers. I would have given a higher tip if we would have just been acknowledged more to meet our needs but she was super nice. I actually had quit attending here for many many years because I had a Mother’s Day buy one get one free coupon that wasn’t honored by the waitress at the time after we discussed it and ordered she brought the manager over and I had to pay full which back then in 2005, it was like $20/person. So I feel like the prices haven’t really gone up which is amazing but the portions are half of what they used to be. Quality of food alone was top notch and would have been nice to receive the dessert I actually wanted, I have always loved the raspberry tea with the real raspberries! Finally, I like the remodel it’s very cozy

Outdated furniture and just dirty, 3-heater broken in the restaurant had to wear my jacket the whole time because of how cold it was in there , the salad bar food looked like it was crawling with bacteria And had been sitting out for days we ordered 2 steak dinners and no joke everything was dripping with grease, steaks were rare and full of fat with hard baked potatoes and greasy zucchini. The waiter was so kind but the food and atmosphere was the absolute worst !

The first thing I said to my husband when we walked into this place was, “oh no, we’re going to catch MRSA.” This place was SO dirty and depressing. Our table was so gross. It had boogers on it. The wait was about 40 minutes for chicken tenders, which, they changed the recipe, by the way. It’s just a bad experience. Don’t do it.
