Ordered and paid for a New York steamer with double meat. As you can see by the pictures, the meat wasn’t doubled. Sandwiches were sloppily put together. Order a pastrami sandwich and an extra pickle. Didn’t receive any pickles. Tried to call the store 5 times with no answer. Not going back.

First time at this location and loved it! Was really clean and Weston, Ethan, and Chris were super personable and helpful. Food tasted really fresh, we got the spicy cajun chicken and an italian sandwich. Bread was really soft and so was the lemon cookie. Would definitely recommend!

By far the worst experience and food I’ve ever had at any Firehouse Subs. The brisket was nothing but fat. There were 2 pieces of said fat on my sandwich. The place stank like nasty peppers all over. Doesn’t help that I’m allergic to peppers. Husband’s food was just as bad. He couldn’t taste anything but horseradish on a sandwich he’s had many times and never had horseradish on them before. Drinks were flat. Do NOT recommend

The food is awesome. I always have the hook and ladder and have never been disappointed. My only recommendation would be to look at the dining room chairs. Not the most comfortable things to sit on, but overall this is a great place.

I went in to get my daughter and self dinner and got a normal turkey medium and asked to make it a combo. I then got my kid the “free” kids meal and got charged $22 and some change…. Mind you a medium turkey is around $10 and to make it a combo with chips and drink should only be a $4 upcharge… I even asked if that with a free kids meal and was told yes. There’s no way it should’ve been that much. I never got a receipt either. I feel this is a scam and the kids meal isn’t technically free.

Just tried this place for the first time a few weeks back and I am HOOKED. The food is great and the staff is super friendly and always get my food out quick and get me taken care of professionally. I didn’t catch his name but the blonde guy with the goatee and ponytail was super nice and very helpful! 10/10 and I will be back!!!
