This place has gotten really bad, look at the pics that are posted.the shrimp fondue is all grease…and their chicken slider is only half the size of the bun. They changed drastically, the food is bland and everything we ordered was microwaved. You can tell the plates were warm. The shrimp and chicken were hard and rubbery..disgusting..don’t eat here !

Hadn’t been to Ruby Tuesday’s in quite some time and I actually regret coming today. Waited about 5-7 minutes to have someone even acknowledge our table. Secondly, drinks took forever to come. Ordered a white sangria, that was horrific when it finally came. Waiter claimed that there was a new bartender so he had it made again. Another long wait, only to get another Sangria that tasted the same, only with 3/4 of the cup filled with ice. I decided to stick with water. Ordered appetizer, which came out together with the food, over 30 minutes later. Can’t say the food looked appetizing. I’ll say I won’t be returning. Only good thing was the effort the waiter made and the salad bar is pretty good.

If you like time travel this is the place for you!. This is a very outdated restaurant,feels like I traveled back to the 80’s. The place feels and is dirty. The wood paneling had more condiments that my food. The food is basic at best and with no flavor. The salad bar is small and with not that many options. A GOOD clean up,new menu and better food might help this place.

Service is prompt and excellent. I can’t comment on the food, as I only get the salad bar when I’m there. Their “Garden Bar” aka salad bar is incredibly good however. It’s a meal in itself. They have several kinds of lettuce, any vegetable you can think of and vegetable salads and some meats to add to your salad. They have light dressings as well as oil and vinegar. My favorite part though is the croutons made from dark Jewish Rye and if you get them when they come out, they’re a bit crunchy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. Nothing else like them. Every employee is pleasant and helpful and go out of their way to help you with anything. It’s unfortunately not kosher, but if I don’t have any other options, I’ll eat their salad bar. Everything is always meticulously washed. I love their salad bar, but if you’re very strict about kashus outside your home, it isn’t for you. Otherwise, it’s a nice place, with amazing, compassionate employees.

Great time. Was there with my 6 year old daughter for a quick burger but our server was fantastic. She treated us as though we were there for a five course meal. She made my daughter feel so special and I really appreciate her for that. The food was really good as well.

Food was amazing, atmosphere was inviting, and the people are just super friendly.. they offer a salad bar for those who want all you can eat salad. The drinks are well made also. What made it a great experience are the waitress and Waiter Kim & Nicholas.. they were awesome, funny, and knew what to recommend because they they’ve tried most of the food. Also Nicholas is a very handsome man, so you get the looks and the service.

I always liked this chain for their unlimited salad bar. Now they have the $12.95, 3 course meal at lunch hour. Still including unlimited salad bar, one main course with 2 sides, and a dessert. Had lunch there with 5 friends. The bill was only $99. I had serlion steak cooked to my liking, medium rare. And a gorgeous 3 layer chocolate cake with ice cream on top. I was super satisfied! !! Only negative comment is the server was on the slow side. From ordering to serving the courses.

I’m normally not one to give bad reviews. The servers are nice and were kind enough to give my fiance a complimentary refill on his beer, but this is the one and only time we will come here. The wait just for food alone is very long. We were at the table waiting for appetizers for 30 minutes. Possible lacking in cooking start but still nobody should ever wait longer than 5-10 minutes for food, especially when the place isn’t packed at all.

The service was -meh! The food was way below the standard of other Ruby Tuesdays I’ve been to. The salad bar was empty and I had to pick through to make a salad. I think with a vast improvement of service excellence and quality and taste they can be much better.
