Best breakfast in the Orange Beach area! Started the meal off with the Fried Green Tomatoes as a starter, enjoyed the Southern breakfast with a cup of hot tea, then capped the meal with the Seasonal Mimosa Flight!! Everything was delicious and I highly recommend any adult who can’t decide on one type of mimosa, to try the Mimosa Flight, which is kind of pricey at $20 bucks, but for a tourist area is expected.

Service was rude from the get go. Silverware was thrown down the table as the server greeted us with a surly tone. We asked about the seasonal beignet offerings but she couldn’t tell us which fruits were available, she got flustered and said like jams flavors.. we ordered a regular order of beignets. When they came out, there was almost zero powdered sugar.. what is a beignet without powdered sugar. And they were fried til just burnt. I would never serve burnt beignets at a restaurant with publicized links to NOLA. My sisters sausage links were burnt. My omelet was almost on the verge of being done.

This place is great for families. The staff is very nice and attentive. Our drinks were never empty. The food was quick. And there’s a lot of food on your plate for the price.

This place is the best brunch place I’ve been to in awhile. We have vegetarian people in our group and it was absolutely delicious for both the meat eaters and vegetarian people. I ordered tacos both times we came here. We came on Friday morning and loved it so much we came back on Sunday highly recommend ordering the biscuits with the butter.

A terrific spot for an early breakfast or brunch! The menu has been updated from the last year we had visited and was pleasantly surprised with the tasty new options. The staff is as friendly as I remember with great recommendations from the menu and timely service. Definitely a must go for first time tourists to the area or a first thought choice to those returning!

We wanted to try something different for breakfast the last time we were at the beach besides our usual places, and The Ruby Slipper Cafe definitely was a great choice! They have a very friendly and welcoming staff, the atmosphere was great, and the food was absolutely fantastic! If you love New Orleans, you’ll love this place! I had the best Bananas Foster French Toast since my trip to NOLA a few years ago! Definitely will be a go-to breakfast spot from now on!

Who doesn’t love a nice relaxing breakfast/brunch on a porch? Drink yummy coffee and enjoy the breeze? Eat some delicious food? Do stop here! We ate there twice! Everything was delicious but the pancakes are the best!

There was a line but we didn’t have to wait long at all. The service was excellent and our food arrived quickly. We ordered a BYO omelette, the Benny trifecta, and the cinnamon roll pancakes and all were delicious. Will definitely be visiting again.

i could literally write endlessly about how incredible this entire experience was. my husband and i are here on our honeymoon. we LOVE breakfast food. this place looked interesting so we decided to come in. came in early, 30 mins after they opened, sat quickly, greeted by a server named Nate. Nate was FANTASTIC. he was really easy to chat with, super quick and just overall a very great server. our food was AMAZING!! he recommended the blue crab cake starter and the crab was melt in your mouth tasty, ratios were PERFECT! too often you get crab cakes that are too much cake! not here. sooo so good. i had the shrimp bennies and wiped my plate clean. he also recommended the sweet heat chicken and french toast bites. i felt like we had died and gone to heaven the food was soooo delicious!! but overall the best part of it all was Nate. he made our experience wonderful and i have a feeling we will be back several times over the course of the next week!
