The food tastes good as does the salsa. The fish tacos are cooked crispy. I hate that they cut burritos in half, so much that I typically skip Rubio’s because inevitably someone forgets to ask them not to cut it.

The food is very pricey for what you get, they wasn’t busy at all but it took forever for them to get my order taken and I sat waiting for another almost 10 min. No one was in line when I got there and only one person was sitting waiting for there food. I gave a tip when checking out expecting that make my wait time possibly smaller but it didn’t. Food overall was fantastic.

Compare this store and the one next to Costco, this one have really bad customer service. We ordered four taco and had a coupon for free chips but they stilll charged us for the chips. Not very helpful at all. Will come back again to give another try but it was definitely a very disappointed experience.

The best chopped salad! I love love love everything about it! They actually put a nice amount of cheese and give you enough dressing for your whole salad! The guacamole is amazing!! The chips did seem a little overcooked but nothing the guac didn’t make up for! I want to try everything on the menu

Food was great as always. I got the California bowl and a side of non-fried pinto beans (which are the best because they are veggie). Taking off one star because we placed our pick up order 45 min in advance and still had to wait as additional 20 min once we got there. I don’t think they saw the ticket for the pick up order until I asked about it.

The food is usually good at this location but, they are in dire need of counter and kitchen staff. We had intended on eating there but by the time our food came out we had to get back to work. I guess no more Rubio’s for lunch.
