This place took 70$ from an online order and then wasn’t even opened. Now I can’t even get my money back. The corporate number goes to automated service and won’t connect you to anyone. This has been a joke of an experience. Shut down your online order if your store isn’t open.

Boston Market is great when they have them in the area. However, the company did a great disservice when they closed all stores in Cincinnati and Columbus. Not good for the customers in those areas!

I ordered online and went to pick up my meal and discovered that this restaurant has an eviction notice on the door and is permanently closed . I have tried calling to get this refunded and am unable to reach anyone. The website needs to be updated an not allow potential customers order from closed locations.

I normally love Boston market, and deliberately go out of my way to get it as this is the closest location at an hour and a half away from where I live. I always double check if they will still be open before I leave, and almost always call to make sure as well. Yesterday I made the mistake of not calling before I left. So I was heartbroken and extremely frustrated yesterday when I arrived at 7:30pm (1.5 hours before they’re supposed to close) and the place was completely abandoned. I wasted three hours and over 200 miles. The drive through message was incredibly deceiving as it made it seem like someone was there, but it was just a recording.

So the food isn’t the problem. The problem is being closed during hours and days they should be open, but aren’t. Not sure if they short staffed or went out for supplies but man do you know how inconvenient and irritating it is leaving on your lunch break to find out the place is closed?

This is my second time attempting to eat here and it’s closed after my order online was received. Really disappointed because I was expecting to enjoy this meal with family. I called to get a refund but I was told I have to wait even customer service called the restaurant and no answer hope people have a better experience than I did.

Placed an online order for pickup and when I arrived at the restaurant, the place was completely shut down and empty. I was charged for my order. I emailed the corporate email explaining the situation, and forwarded my order confirmation email. I was told I will not be charged. Hopefully it works. They really should make online ordering for this location not available since the place is closed down.

Would like to get ahold of the General Manager! I made an online order yesterday for pickup and the location was closed when I arrived, due to staffing shortage. That should of been noted on the website! The order was still charged to my card.
