First, we waited for 25 min to get our order, which was a bean & cheese burrito, chicken tenders & 2 taco plate. Second, the food was cold, the tortillas on the tacos were cold & rubbery. I sent them back and waited 15 min before canceling my order and getting a refund. Third, the dining room was filthy, the tables are sticky and had food left on them from previous guest. The place has gone downhill. I WILL NOT be returning.

I love Rubios food, but was not impressed with today’s service. I walked in and they didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to place an order for about 5 minutes. Same thing with others waiting to get napkins, the front cashier kept going on about other work. I understand, it was lunch time, they were very busy and they only had 3 people working. It’s ok that I had to wait, but at least say, ” I’ll be with you in a moment”. I sat down and talked we’re sticky. I waited about 15 min for my food and that’s OK, I worked in a restaurant before, good food takes time, but then I get in my car to enjoy it and 2 of my 3 tacos were burnt. Well, at least the 1 taco tasted delicious. Will I be coming back? Yes, I come back for the food, but I’ll be checking it from now on before I walk out and I probably won’t eat in.

I love Rubio’s but this place needs to get it’s act together. This location is poorly managed and does not seem to know what is going on with the customers. I waited at the front of the line for 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me or took my order. Once I received my order I was missing my salad dressing and my two sides for one meal. The cartons my food came in were covered in food from the preparers gloves. Someone from grub hub was there before I came in and was there after I left 30+ minutes. He just needed two burritos and asked several times for his customers order. Please straighten this out for everyone’s sake.

This rubios used to be my favorite but lately they’ve had the worst customer service. Went in to place an order to go for 4 items and it took 20 minutes for them to give me my food. Everything was cold especially the tacos. The workers were just gossiping about school. The cook seems like he’s a teenager very unprofessional. Food was disgusting, poorly wrapped and messy looking. Will not be coming to this Rubios again. Too bad because I live down the street.
