The ambiance and food was great. The Biltmore is a beautiful property and eating outside by the pool is a lovely way to spend the afternoon. We had the tuna tartare and the mahi sandwich and everything tasted and came out great. Service was good, waitress disappeared for a little but otherwise ok.

LOVED the scenery, vibe, amazing food & presentation at value prices considering all the above. Our server Reynel was very hospitable and overall great. Even loved the Latin Jazz background music playing. Highly recommend!!

The Biltmore and its amenities are a luxurious yet affordable oasis in the middle of Coral Gables. It’s a wonderful spot for an afternoon bite or an evening drink with friends or colleagues, and there’s no better place to enjoy the soft breeze and chirpy wildlife than the poolside Cascade Cafe.

Food and service are really good. A little bit pricey but you’re inside one of the best hotels in Miami so it’s totally worth it. I would only recommend to have more options beyond sandwiches and wraps.

Very disappointed. The food was very bland. They overcooked and failed to season my burger. Also the fries were not that great. At best the food was edible. Given that this is an upscale hotel I expected better.

The location is nice however the quality of the food has really declined since COVID. We ordered $18 french toast that was more like toast with pre-packaged syrup containers. There are too few servers and the ones that are there are overworked. Service is slow and food quality and selection is poor. We used to love coming and dining by the pool but now it is not worth the money.

The food here wasn’t something I enjoyed at all. My hubby got the tuna tartare appetizer and did love it. They seriously only have like 8 menu items right now, so not a ton to pick from. I got the chicken tenders and fries. The fries are shoestring, we’re over cooked and had no flavor. The chicken tender wasn’t good at all. My hubby did get a few drinks which he liked, especially the Bloody Mary.
