Total unsatisfied!!!! Simply just asked for my uncles chicken chalupa to be made with chicken on top and veggies on bottom do to his Parkinson because its easier for him. The lady who had the tattoo Bella on her neck would not accommodate him with his disability. Very very sad and disappointing. Never had this issues at any other location will NEVER GO TO THIS CHAMPION location again. All people matter it was not going to hurt anyone to rearrange his toppings.

I got the 7. Box, my husband got the 9. Box. So disappointing, nothing like they show on TV. The chips,were goid. I had a Taco, chips and 2 little rolled up things wrapped together. I still don’t know what they were. That was it. The Taco shell was so tough. My husband said his meat was so dry, nothing like the bell used to be. It was our 1st and last time there.

I swear this TB serves half the meat they are supposed to put in the tacos. I was at the Hermitage,PA Taco Bell 2 days before today. They literally load the tacos up with meat. This place I think is definitely skimping people! I wish I would’ve gotten some pictures of our tacos! Highway robbery! Plus the bathrooms were disgusting! Definitely will not come back to this 1 ever again!

Unfortunately, this place ALWAYS messes up my order. I started going to this TB because they seem to always have fresh food and good service. The employees are always friendly and nice. But every time I order it is always messed up. I have to pick tomatoes off, but unfortunately, I can’t eat onions due to an allergy so all of that is a no for me.

This Taco Bell was nasty and I mean look at the pictures. I called there and a woman said she was a general manager and that just made it worse. She continued to tell me that I needed to bring my food back that night in order to get refunded and I was on my way to work. I proceeded to tell her about the nacho bell grande and how there was a scoop of beans on one side and she said maybe the bag tilted sideways . I can’t make this up on how bad this meal was and how ignorant to the fact that the said general manager who also claimed to be working the drive through when I got my order denied that the service was this horrible. I recommend stopping at the Mexican food place before you go here.

It’s been approximately 10 years since I have eaten at a local Taco Bell choke-n-puke.
You may ask, has it gotten better, the same, or worse.
Unfortunately the food is about as close to being unfit for consumption that you can get.
On a serious note, if I had a dog I wouldn’t feed their substance to him, I would consider it cruel and unusual punishment.
It’s always my desire to be able to give a retailer 5 stars, and talk them up, but unfortunately that’s not always the case, and Taco Bell fits that very criteria.
The food was disgusting, the person taking my order seemed to have just crawled out of the ghetto, and the empty dining room was filthy.
The meat isn’t meat, I discovered that it comes in a frozen bag broken up into little pellets, then hot water poured over it to make it appear as if it were the same ground beef you would buy in the supermarket.
When I visited their store today I ordered number two on their menu which is three Taco Supremes, and they were right it’s supreme, supremely disgusting.
If you’re thinking about dining at a fast food establishment, I would recommend driving by any Taco Bell that you may be near.

Asked 2 different employees to help me with my order because I was unable to figure out the do it yourself system. Being blind in one eye and partially in the other I was having a hard time. Both said they would help and disappeared by the drive through window with all the other employees just standing around talking. So after 10 minutes, I left. They will never get another penny of my money.

Okay, I live close to this Taco Bell and used to come pretty regularly for many years. It got so bad I stopped going to this one; super slow drive thru, food slopped together and workers that you could tell didn’t want to be there. I’d drive to Ravenna or downtown Warren. Well I promised one of the owners I’d give the Champion one another try. I dined in and saw their team kept the drive thru moving and the door dash pickups too. My order was a luxe box and food looked appealing and tasted good. Glad to see this place seems to looking up! Give them another try, but remember have patience… they are serving other customers too.

The actual store was alright, but the app needs work. I put in my order paid for it and when it displayed my tracker it was for a store 25 minutes away, closer to my home. I had to struggle to find out how to cancel my order and reorder it for the correct store that was literally right across the street
