I had heard many great reviews and have passed this location several times, so we decided to give it a try! The service was great, and food was served fast. Well, we got home and took out the fish to see brown grease. It was so much that I had to dab my fish several times to get it out/off… and it tasted like grease. I asked for fried hard, but it wasn’t…it was very mushy and had a strong fishy taste. My fries were not fresh at all. They were lukewarm, and my parents only lived 5 minutes from the location. Sadly, this was a one and done experience for me.

Order 4 soggy fish fillets w/ 3 good shrimp. The fries were good and the onion rings kinda soft . I wish the fish was fried hard because it’s soft and taste fishy.. I feel like if I eat it, I will get sick . I won’t complain to the company because it’s probably no point.

I have been craving fried catfish almost every Friday. Shopped around, visit a few and will never go back! Not the case Here! Here make me remember home, Lake Charles Louisiana. My meal was everything. Added to my meal was the hot sauce…omg! I am very pleased indeed! Otis cooked this catfish like he woke up this morning, threw his rod in the Mississippi, caught the core catfish, skinned it and fried right there on the Bayou definitely will get my crave in Here!

My first time trying this place and it’s…….1000% my new favorite place to go for my fried fish cravings. I was very impressed with the customer service which was OUTSTANDING by the way. Went to this place yesterday thinking that I was going to be satisfied but that wasn’t the case it was my first there so the lady helped me and told me that the fillet strips would be great turned out that it wasn’t! I could tell it had been cooked in very old grease and on top of that the fries tasted like I ate something dead I never experienced that before and I’m really disappointed that I wasted my money on this place
