Ordered pizza online. As i walked in, i was greeted immediately by Judy even though she was helping someone else. When it was my turn, she assured my order and offered cheese, peppers, plates and napkins then packed them nicely in a bag. As she handed me my pizza it was nice and hot. As i was leaving, a few customers were leaving as well, and they made an effort to tell her goodbye. I thought how wonderful it was to see locals not just going for the food, but also for the great customer service.

I love Round Table and was near this location and wanted a quick bite at their buffet. I’m thinking “it’s a little after 11 am the buffet, the pizza will be fresh”, well I walk in and the pizza was so fresh, it hadn’t been made yet. I asked if they were still doing the buffet, all the “genius” behind the counter could say was “we have to put it in the oven before we can put it out.” Yes, no joke. You advertise a 11 am start and there’s nothing out? This location, seriously dropped the ball.

Customer service was lacking, not very friendly service. Place was dirty and salad bar plates are just sitting out close to register where I saw several kids touching the plates and rubbing their hands on them while parents were paying. The parmesan cheese at the tales were all bad, we ruined a few slices of pizza after shaking some of it on our pizza. It was very old, clumpy and moldy. However, Pizza was hot and fresh.

I ordered my pizza online and showed up to a line at the door with no one in the back filling orders. The service was horrible. Half my order was not fulfilled and they “didn’t know” how to give me a refund. I will not be returning to this facility.
