Dealt with Karen, the manager. They couldn’t deliver an order for whatever reason and she called me, seeming pretty rude on edge. (Was swearing, saying oh my God, obviously not happy) and got defensive when I explained the order was charged to my card and just wanted to verify if I’ve been refunded. Today was the worst service EVER. First I was put on hold so long I was able to drive over wait in a 1 person line and she picked up my call right before helping me. Anyway that’s how long. She was short and impatient when I asked her how much something cost,she huffed and puffed grabbed a menu to give me a price. Really rude. Great food and awesome service. As you can see in the pictures I took, the place is spotless. There’s even a kid’s play area for when the adults want to talk and the kids are done. The only reason I’m rating it 3 is because the menu prices are a bit high. Single large bbq chicken pizza ran me close to $35.
