Always fast and friendly service. Pizza is consistently good. I order on the slice app almost every time. I just wish they would deliver to my house not even 5 miles away. The only downside is when u come in to get your pizza make sure you’re late for pick up because WOW it’s hot in there.

This is our go to place to order! It doesn’t cost us an arm and leg to enjoy some good pizza like everywhere else. & it’s actually better than a lot of other places especially their gluten free! The GF pizza is pretty reasonably priced compared to others and the crust doesn’t taste like cardboard! Our food is never cold and is always ready on time too.

I order from the Shorewood IL Rosatis quite often, and it’s always very tasty. Tonight I picked up my free 16 inch two topping pizza, but in reality I paid for it it’s just I had a free pizza on my account that I hadn’t picked up just yet. The pizza was burnt and extremely well done, the cheese on every slice was dark brown, almost black. I never order any pizza well done, just normal so it’s not like I ordered well done and they over did it on accident. Anyway, it was so overcooked every bite you took I had to wipe the flying crumbs off of me because the crust was cracking everywhere. Needless to say after 2 pieces I wanted nothing else to do with the rest of the 16″. I feel like I got this carelessness because today I didn’t have a charge to pay which is totally unfair because I paid for the pizza prior but didn’t get it so I had a free one added to my account.. I hope management sees this and responds.

First time having a Chicago style pizza. I have to say I was impressed. I am a big cheese fan and this was super cheesy. The pie itself is about 2 inches thick. Price was fair. Ordered via doordash so I cannot compliment the staff enough.

Gave them a “now undeserved” second chance after they completely botched the last Chicago style pizza i ordered, wrote CLEAR UNDERSTANDABLE INSTRUCTIONS and yet they were clearly ignored, there is no extra sauce, its not on the whole pizza, and what sauce there is draining off the side.. they managed to mess it up 3x worse then last time, thanks for wasting my time and money, consider this the last time I get pizza or anything from your restaurant, what an absolute joke.

I’ve never been to Rosati’s, but had the opportunity to try it for the first time in a meeting in Addison and the pizza was great! We have a Rosati’s in our area, so I thought to myself, “I’m going to start ordering from them since the pizza tasted really good.” My family and I ordered pizza from Rosati’s in our neighborhood the next day and we were very disappointed. My wife and I couldn’t believe how different the pizza tasted. She also attended the meeting with me in Addison where they served the Rosati’s pizza that was really good. The food should taste the same at every location. If the food is going to taste different at each location then how can this be a franchise? Shouldn’t it be consistent across every location? I liked it in Addison, but did not like it here in Shorewood. It’s definitely not the same. Unfortunately, we have to find a Rosati’s that makes pizza like the one we had in Addison.
