Good place to grab some Italian American take out and go home to eat a good meal with friends and family. The restaurant is small and only offers take out. I had an extra large pizza that was delicious! I suggest giving them a try.

Terrible pizza! Worst pizza I think I’ve ever had! No flavor, the sauce tastes freezer burnt! I asked for well done and got barely cooked. We also ordered wings that tasted old. We used to love Rosati’s, used to be the best around…now it is the worst around. What a shame!

Pizza has been HOT both times we got delivery from Rosati’s! I have ordered a lot of pizzas in my day and I thought room temperature pizza was the trade off of not having to go outside and get it. I would settle. But Rosati’s is HOT! I feel as if I just ordered it at the restaurant. Also, the quality is great! My favorite pizza by far!

I’ve been a customer of the crest hill location for 30 years, but decided to try the Shorewood location due to a coupon I received.
What I appreciate at first phone call is that a person (who I learned is named Eric) answered the phone. I can’t stress enough how welcoming this is, in an age of automation it was nice not to have to press 1 for anything . I feel any company would be happy to have Eric on their team. He had superb customer service skills, he answeed all of my questions, was forth coming with honest delivery times (taking into account a big football game that day) and had suggestions on how I could get the best deal to feed my party of 10. Wow!!!! This location was a breath of fresh air to work with, on customer service alone this is my new go-to Rosatis location.
The pizza was delicious, they honored our request to pie cut our pizzas and put pepperoni on top….all of this seemingly not a BIG deal but with the subpar service at other places, this place is a stand out. ⭐ Thank you Eric and Shorewood Rosatis ⭐

Tried to order for delivery with a coupon I received in the mail. I was told I’m out of area. Why would a coupon delivered to my house be out of area?. I was told they would only go 5 mi. I put them on Google maps. They’re 5.2 MI from my house.They refused to take my order. They refused to deliver. Nonsense!!!

Ordered a jumbo pizza from this place and the pizza was hard and couldn’t chew it. I called in and the person that answered the phone said the pizza was golden brown. I never said there was anything wrong with the appearance. Then I asked for a manager several times and the person refused to put a manager on the phone. This is the worse pizza I’ve had and I wouldn’t recommend this particular establishment to my worse enemy.

Always fast and friendly service. Pizza is consistently good. I order on the slice app almost every time. I just wish they would deliver to my house not even 5 miles away. The only downside is when u come in to get your pizza make sure you’re late for pick up because WOW it’s hot in there.

I order from the Shorewood IL Rosatis quite often, and it’s always very tasty. Tonight I picked up my free 16 inch two topping pizza, but in reality I paid for it it’s just I had a free pizza on my account that I hadn’t picked up just yet. The pizza was burnt and extremely well done, the cheese on every slice was dark brown, almost black. I never order any pizza well done, just normal so it’s not like I ordered well done and they over did it on accident. Anyway, it was so overcooked every bite you took I had to wipe the flying crumbs off of me because the crust was cracking everywhere. Needless to say after 2 pieces I wanted nothing else to do with the rest of the 16″. I feel like I got this carelessness because today I didn’t have a charge to pay which is totally unfair because I paid for the pizza prior but didn’t get it so I had a free one added to my account.. I hope management sees this and responds.

First time having a Chicago style pizza. I have to say I was impressed. I am a big cheese fan and this was super cheesy. The pie itself is about 2 inches thick. Price was fair. Ordered via doordash so I cannot compliment the staff enough.
