Horrible service , my wife & i order food from Ronnie’s pizza for the first time & it definitely will be the last time! I order my food at 7:11 & my food didn’t arrive until 9:08 & of course the food was cold & uncooked. The mozzarella sticks wasn’t fully cooked & the cheese was hard to bite in. I order a steak & cheese with pickles & he literally gave me cucumbers. I’m highly disappointed & wouldn’t recommend Ronnie’s dog food to anyone.

This pizza place was on my list of pizza places to try next. The staff is very friendly and the pizza smelled really good coming out of the oven! It was very hot and the flavor of cheese to sauce to toppings was delicious! I’m giving it 3 stars because the pizza was a little watery at first; this pizza is best after waiting for it cool down for a while. As far as cold pizza goes for leftovers… eh, it could definitely be better. The restaurant itself could use a little love, but again, great service! Just would like to see an improvement on pizza quality!!

Small place but omg their pizza is so good and so are the wings!!! The customer service is very warm and friendly… I live in east haven but I love their pizza so when I’m close by I gotta go here! There’s no better pizza around not even pepe’s.

Ronnie’s pizza is always hot, quick and very delicious. I typically get the Ronnie’s special pizza and it is garlicky greatness! My boyfriend loves their chicken parmesan and fries. We’re always fat and happy after ordering from here, our go to pizza delivery.

Ronnies always had great food. My grandfather was their breadman, and I used to work in the warehouse at night. Every once in a while I would order from them a chicken parm sandwich which is so amazing their sauce is delicious. Their staff is ALWAYS nice. Idk if something changed their recently but they closed on mondays suddenly. And seems like business is buzzing more than it ever was before. Good for them. Their pizza is great. Give me a pizza that doesn’t rip apart like cardboard we r good. 🙂

Ronnies has been our favorite for nearly a decade! Always hot and fresh. Tasty ingredients and we always get what we order. The staff is polite and kind. They tell you if its busy and ask if you can wait for delivery. A terrific mom and pop establish Nonnie would approve of!

I ordered a pizza, they got my order wrong. I called back to see what could be done. They said they would send another pie. Then I get a call back saying “my boss isn’t going to send another pie” and they just hung up…super rude. I call back to question what the problem was. They said because I had asked for it w/o garlic this time that it was alittle weird. I told them that the garlic was extremely overwhelming so I did not want it this time, in any case, my order was still wrong so that shouldn’t even matter. They caught attitude and said that they’ed send me another pie, but I had to give back the other pizza. Why would I care about that if the original order is wrong anyway. The pizza they sent STILL HAD GARLIC so IT WAS STILL WRONG. The situation was handled very poorly as they are the ones that were in the wrong. The delivery guy was nice enough tho so the 1 star is for him.

They have great pizza. They are one of a the only good pizza places in West Haven that delivers. I like their pizza because it’s the thin kind and the sauce is good. We’ve ordered monthly for a couple of years and have not been let down yet.
