Very nice atmosphere. A little different than a regular restaurant. Servers come and give you all you can eat portions of different kinds of meat. Some meats better than others. Our server Byron was the best. He was very polite and one of the nicest ones we’ve ever had.

Rodizio Grill in Valley View has a great atmosphere and a delightful staff and the food was delicious. We went on a Sunday with two other couples to celebrate our anniversaries and although there weren’t many people in the restaurant (which was great for us, not so much for business) the service and food was amazing. The waitress are very friendly and accommodating, our waitress kept it light and even made a few jokes while making sure we had everything we needed. The different cuts of meat were tantalizing and perfectly cooked . The manager came over asked if their were anything we would like requested as they try to accommodate any of your needs. I have to add the only reason I didn’t rate this five stars was because they did not have any shrimp at the salad bar on that day (I do not know if they serve it at all or not) and other all you can eat Brazilian steak houses in our area have shrimp included at their salad bars, that being said the prices here are more reasonable than the other steak houses. I will be going back very soon and hope you all try it out you will not be disappointed in what you get.

We came tonight for dinner with our neighbors. We used a Groupon to purchase our meal. The server was a very nice and attentive person. The people serving the meat were wonderful. Our issues pertained to the communication between us and our server. She had no knowledge of how the Groupon worked. In addition she did not know the menu at all. This is a pure training issue. Hopefully the entire staff has additional training to ensure the service matches the great food quality.

Best dining experience i have had. Food was top notch. Best steak in Ohio. I have eaten at most of the high end restaurants around all of the Brazilian Steak Houses in North East Ohio. This by far is the best one. Staff was the nicest staff ever. Bent over backwards to accommodate my sick elderly mother. Staff was so friendly and polite it felt like I was at a resort. Food was awesome. Service was non stop and high level. You cant beat the quality and the amount of food you get for the price. My new favorite restaurant. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE OUT. Dont listen to the negative reviews. This place is the best. Went twice in one week for their brunch.

I don’t eat beef, but all other meat selections were great. The other choices were fish, chicken, pork and lamb. All the food was seasoned well. I did not like the appetizers. Lots of side dishes. Overall, the service was excellent. The setting was really nice and sort of elegant..I love the ambiance. The price of $34.99 was not bad at all for an all you can eat meal. I will certainly visit again and again!

I was so surprised to see bad reviews of Rodizio! Our experience was fantastic! The staff was super nice and when you passed on a skewer meat they would ask if there is something you wanted to have again! Sweet and sour chicken was my favorite and the meat was awesome too. I definitely ate my moneys worth, but my poor wife had to roll me to the car! I would go back again and heavily recommend!

I would recommend any “Brazilian steakhouse”restaurant over Rodizio. The place is nice, and the staff was polite enough, but the actual dining experience was poor. The servers come by far too infrequently. I was waiting up to ten minutes between being offered a piece to eat. This is made even worse by the fact the pieces of meat that were being served were very small. So what it became was taking a bite of meat and then waiting for another bite to come by. On top of that there were a couple times I was given pieces that were so fatty it was bizarre that they could see it go onto a customers plate and not offer a different cut instead. It may sound like I’m being picky but I’ll attach a photo, at one point I was served just a big handle of fat. It really felt like the staff was trying to “wait us out” by giving us very small slides and then going for great lengths of time before offering more so that we would leave before really eating very much. Overall, very disappointed, and I don’t recommend this spot.

This is a more affordable version of Texas de Brazil right here in Valley View, Ohio. I guarantee you will not find find a more hospitable and friendly staff from upper management down to the people who clear the tables after guests have dined.

The food was exceptional. The service could not have been better. I have been to many restaurants from your basic mom and pop to your high end and I would recommend this as one of the best. The staff at other restaurants could learn from the staff here. A special thank you to Byron, Xavier,Dominique, Dominic and Santa for making our experience wonderful.
