We just got back from Italy and were craving some authentic Italian food. Luckily, we discovered Ristorante Milano in San Francisco and it didn’t disappoint. We tried their grilled squid with bean salad and special ravioli for starters, and they were absolutely delicious. For our main course, we had the lasagna ragu and veal stew, both of which were incredibly tasty. To top it off, we couldn’t resist the poached pear for dessert, and it was amazing. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in SF again.❤️

This place is one of the many GEMS in San Francisco! If you’re looking for a great dinner, with FRESH food, excellent service, delicious recipes, and perfect portions, THIS IS THE PLACE. I’m not much of a Lamb eater, but the Costoletta di Vitello is a MUST TRY for all meat lovers. The Chicken Marsala was also a hit, and don’t forget to get a slice of Tiramisu before you leave or you WILL REGRET IT. I definitely recommend eating here and will definitely be returning on my next trip to San Francisco. Thank you for your food and your service Ristorante Milano!

Just amazing. Not very often do you find a restaurant that is so unapologetically authentic. The food was beyond amazing. By far some of the best, if not the best, Italian food we’ve ever had. From the handmade pasta to the house made desserts, I have nothing but great things to say. If you’re looking for somewhere a little off the beaten path look no further. This will definitely be on our list next time we’re in town.

Came here unexpectedly but it turned out quite a good job. We were recommended a grilled Calamari as an appetizer. It was nicely grilled and very soft. And we had porcini mushroom pasta and seafood linguine. Everything was greatly balanced and full of taste! Definitely want to come back when I visit SF again.
