We have been to riffs multiple times and the food is always outstanding. Riffs seems like a casual joint but the sandwiches, burgers, pizza, and mexican food are all gourmet. Best fried chicken in the area, and the burgers and sandwiches offer a huge variety of styles. The drinks are good as well. Definitely a staple that doesn’t break the bank. In this picture my wife got fried chicken and I got the bulgogi cheese steak, egg roll appetizer was perfectly friend and had a well balanced flavor.

Ive been to riffs when they were in turners falls and it was excellent. I’ve remembered how good those parmesan garlic fries were in 2018. Fast forward to this week 2023 in Easthampton. It was bad. The fries were actually inedible. They tasted like they were fried the previous day, saved them and fried again. The super dark brown color and amount of oil in it was insane. It also was semi like a husky on how old fries get. The only other explanation is they fried those for a lonnnnnng time. I honestly don’t know how you get fry’s so saturated in oil that when you pinch them oil drips out. I paid an extra 3.00 add on to have fry’s instead of tortilla chips with my chicken sandwich. I was also really disappointed in the rest of the food. My chicken sandwich was over cooked though not inedible. My BF burger was undercooked.

One of my favorite places to eat in Western Massachusetts. Their salsa is amazing for starters. The specialty egg rolls are always unique and so good. The burgers are very tasty and the bun is soft. The McLovin burger is my favorite. But the tenders are second. They make their own honey mustard! Watch for the specials! Those are the best! The staff are amazing! Always friendly and helpful. The owners really take pride in the restaurant and it shows. They are very nice. Definitely a must in Easthampton.

I have been to this location three times so far. Both menu items today were well prepared and tasted great! I had the Riff’s Burrito pictured below with housemade chips and salsa. The pineapple cider was a perfect beverage choice! The festive decor was a nice touch. Customer service was good considering the night rush of customers. The servers were polite, patient, and willing to physically assist those who need it.

Our server was Kate and she was amazing! Riffs was recommended and I’m so glad it was. The food was so damn good! I had the gaucho with onion rings and the parm fries for an app. My partner had the Ruben, a cup of clam chowder and the roatbeef egg rolls. The clam chowder was some of the best I’ve ever had! The parm fries were out of this world. And the price was just right. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you again.

I had this restaurant saved in my places to visit for quite some time and after my first visit, it has now been labeled as a favorite. I will absolutely be back. A friend and I split a few different items, all of which were pheNOMenal (curry cauliflower soup, avocado quesadilla and crunchy Thai salad). The staff was friendly and attentive, and the owner was very much involved in expediting food to their tables with a friendly smile. He seemed like a wonderful team builder and really loves what he does for a living, even elbow bumping his team on a job well done after the dinner rush. The team has provided a great energy and equally great eats. I plan to try something new each time I return as everything on the menu sounds delicious. If you have been thinking about coming here, wait no longer — you’ll be sorry you haven’t gone sooner!

We have been longtime fans of Riff’s Joint and always return time and time again. They are a wonderful local joint and I highly recommend them for a great quick bite. The only reason for my 4 star review instead of a 5 star is that a few times in the last 6 months, we’ve had salad dressings and dipping sauces forgotten on delivery orders. One time, they actually re-delivered everything which was amazing but I personally feel very silly calling over things at little as sauces so have let it go a couple other times. So the 4 stars is due to inconsistency in delivery only. I will happily update my review in the future if things change because we will continue to dine out from riffs all the time.

Ok this is quite a nice spot within this abandoned building. Its been repurposed for alot of independent business and as my friends and I were exploring it we got a bit hungry. Thus, came across Riff’s Joint while exploring. The aroma drawn me into the establishment with my companions. I ordered the Parm Garlic fries, 1/2lb Thai chili chicken tenders, which were so tasty! The tenders were juicy, and marinated in great flavor! The parm fries were soo good and great share. Everyone enjoyed the parm cheese and seasoned garlic! The Korean pork belly tacos my brother had were quite tasty. To complement the meal, I ordered a homestyle Vanilla Milkshake. Boy did I fall in love! It tasted sooooo good, so refreshing and smooth. The flavor tasted genuine. Milk, vanilla bean and fresh. It really completed the meal. I suggest trying what interest ya. Whatever ya pick im sure your tastebuds will be elated! Next time Im in Mass Ill definitely come back!
