Horrible service each time I’ve visited! Very very skimpy portions, not worth the time or money! Management is rude, argumentative and this establishment is full of drama in general (“Free xxxx” signs hanging on the doors!) Apparently the owner is in prison. Definitely a reflection of the staff and how the business is ran. If you want courtesy and good customer service go someplace else.

The service was awesome. I ordered food to go. My order was for a steak, a chef salad and two hot dogs. The steak was $19.95. They got the temperature right which was medium rare(it takes skill to get that right on a bone-in ribeye) however it had no taste. None. The chef salad had a beautiful presentation. As the side salad did that came with the steak. The hot dogs looked good however they were salty and definitely not worth $5 a piece. They should have been no more than two to three dollars a hot dog. Gourmet hot dogs are $5 hot dogs with special buns not regular Food Lion buns.

I frequent this establishment but I will not anymore! I put in an order while in the hospital with my child and he asked me to stay a little longer. When he finally went to sleep I went to pick up our food and apparently the time it took to pick it up was too long for the hyenas in the kitchen. The woman went to ask for my order and after saying my name the brood of hyenas were so rude and loud as if my meal was free or they were doing me a favor. I will NEVER order from here again and I can see why they are circling the drain! Trashy and unprofessional.

Used to be one of my favorite places to get wings .. I haven’t ordered from here in some time but today I was disgusted and disappointed … I’m used to the smaller wings they had and now they are Jumbo HUGH !!! flavorless and dry more blood in the wing than Meat … fries were burnt and dry

Food is good, but even calling in an order takes a long time. They will tell you 20 minutes but it’s more like 30+ minutes.. & b4 you think how big of an order? Just a simple cheeseburger with fries.. yes every thing is fresh made, which is great, and the service is always great, just say it will be 30 minutes instead, I dont mind the wait for good food, & the ladies at the bar are always very sweet..

The best bartender works here and her name is Joy! She’s extremely attentive, Great at waitressing, drink suggestions, conversation to make you feel as though you’re family and the best personality of any bartender I’ve ever had waiting on me! Great atmosphere and very clean place!!!

It’s a nice place to eat drink and be merry. I enjoy myself because the DJ is great. The wings are great, and the staff is cool. I don’t go out often, so when I want to just be social, it’s a great place to be. I feel at home because I know a lot of people there. The security is tight, so that makes it even better. But to each it’s own.
