Service wasn’t good at all. We ordered bacon cheeseburger and told the waiter that the burger has to be cooked all the way but it was served red-ish. We were so hungry that we didn’t care anymore and just ate the burger and they were very slow also. I ordered root beer float but root beer was served first and had to wait 15+ mins to get the ice cream!

There was a waiting list when we arrived so we decided to sit in the bar area. Keep in mind you have to be 21 to sit in the bar area. Service was great, we ordered our drinks, food, and within 12 minutes we received our meals. The food was delicious. Check out the $10 Gourmet Deal.

Restaurants are not what they used to be anymore, we came down for a celebration and when we checked in there was a line of people trying to get seated and the front hostess couldn’t figure out the seating for anyone then had to get someone els to help her, it took 30+ min to get seated and it was after 9pm on a weekday. After we finally got seated the waitress came by really fast and said she will be right with us…. And after she finally made it over to take our drink order she was very impatient on our drink order and was kinda rude to the point where we just needed to make up our minds really fast….. the last time I remember going to a restaurant you are there to make the customers feel not pressured and comfortable. We need to get back to customer service and make our moments out to dinner a great one, the prices are going up and the service is going down what a disaster.

Eric is the best server hands down. He doesn’t miss any refill. You don’t even have to ask. Here he comes with a soda because he saw you were low. Meanwhile, he’s juggling many tables and taking care of them just the same.

The worst service I’ve ever had. I feel bad when there’s only one person in the bar to get drinks and take orders so we waited patiently watching everyone but the bartender not work. Once I looked highly annoyed someone came over and took my drink order after sitting there for a good 15-20 minutes. Was finally brought food and we had to send it back since we asked for well done. We also had to ask for napkins and utensils. And we asked for a drink 3 times and never got it. had to ask them to take the 2nd burger off the order (we ordered 1 burger not 2) I’ll drive 30 minutes further to the mall where you get good service.

Absolutely worth it! They have stepped up their burger game since the last time I was there . Had them substitute a pretzel bun on the whisky bbq burger , and the beer cheese pretzel bites are unbelievably amazing!!!. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I come here quite often, and for the most part 99% of the time I get good service and yesterday was one of them. We had a small issue but stuff happens. But the great part is our waitress did her best to correct the problem and that’s what counts.

Good food! I usually get a burger with 2 baskets of fries (they’re bottomless) and get some sort of spritzer berry drink or a smoothie. Service is usually always on point and the food comes out swiftly, hot and delectable. The institution as a whole is clean and presentable, a great place for a family meal or somewhere to frequent with friends. I’ve been here probably over 25 times easily in the past 6 years or so and intend to go again.

Well normally we get great service here. Past 2 experiences where fabulous. This time not so much. We waited to be seat by the hostess, who shows up says nothing does not really acknowledge us there. She finally says just two and my husband is like yes please. We are taking to far back . Past several empty areas. She starts to seat us at a very small table . I ask for a booth and she signed yes with an attitude. Which is not sparked by me I said please and did not have a tone. After she tosses the menu on the table she mumble something about who are serves is and walks off. My husband is ready to leave but I convince him to stay . The same hostess “Stephanie ” seats a couple of ladies at the table she attempted to seat us. The ladies don’t look thrilled either but I guess decide not to speak up. As we are sitting there a waitress comes to take their order. That’s when my husband is done. He never ask to speak to manager but this time he did to let her know the situation. As we are trying to speak to the manager she ( stephaine ) comes running over. Makes it difficult to be calm about the situation since she started it. And clearly she knew she was displaying something she did not want to and came over to blame us for asking for a booth. That’s why the other table got to place their order first. I wish she would not have ran over so that we could have better explained the whole interaction and why it started off badly. I’m sure this is not what I would have expected from red robin. The manager should have ask her to step away. The waiter that we were sat in his section tried to take Blame but he was not even aware that we were there. Alittle update was contact by the Corp team. They wanted to share feedback with the restaurant management team so replayed my experience again. The offered a 10 gift card doesn’t even cover a meal why bother
