Food and service are as expected when visiting any Red Robin. Cleanliness on the other hand. Yuck! They really need to deep clean this place, we had ants as co-visitors at our seats. Advise to ownership, move all furniture and truly clean this place top to bottom.

Our go to for gourmet burgers! We love the burgers here. We had the whiskey river bbq burger, blue cheese burger, royal red robin and the teriyaki pineapple burger. Ranch and campfire sauces are so good.

My friend has horrible food allergies. Our waitress Lindsay was very helpful with what accommodations Red Robin could do for her. My burger was delicious. I didn’t have to ask for a soda refill. A very enjoyable meal.

Food was good. We had a tavern burger but I subbed for impossible patty. My kids had macaroni and cheese with sweet potato fries, and cheeseburger with fruit. Fun tip, the Mac and cheese for the kids and the fruit cup are also bottomless.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is always a great place for fun, family, friends and a great meal. Tried a new sandwich, the California Chicken Sandwich and it was outstanding. I believe it will be my new go-to sandwich, not only was it delightful but it was low in calories too!

First had to wait 15 minutes because there was only one waiter so had to put everybody in the same area once we sat down in order it was 45 minutes before our food came out and when it came out the fish was cold and the onion rings were burnt and they put us on a little booth not big enough for two people and didn’t have room to sit because I am kind of a large person very uncomfortable and when I asked for a different table that had a chair I was told there is no wait staff working that area it was for 4:30 p.m. which I feel there should have been more than just one wait staff person

I have been going to Red Robin for years, I went there today for my birthday hamburger. I was surprised how quickly my hamburger came to my table and less than five minutes. As I began to eat it, I found out why, it wasn’t the one that ordered, it was cold, I asked for no onions and pickles, and they were plenty of them which made me sick! The fries were cold. It was one of the worst hamburgers I’ve ever had. The service was slow. I will never go back there again, and I unsubscribe to their website. My advice is never to go there. You’ll be very disappointed.
