My drive-thru experience was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional from start to finish. The employee taking orders did not listen when I tried to provide my mobile order name and appeared distracted. She also told me another employee, Andrea, creates a hostile work environment, which is not something customers should ever be hearing from staff.

At the window, Andrea spoke to me in a raised and aggressive tone and told me to move to VIP parking. When she brought my order out, she handed it to me abruptly. I checked the food for about a minute and noticed my salad was missing toppings I had paid extra for. When I calmly explained this, she dismissed my concern and insisted the salad only comes with half an egg, even after I clarified that I paid for an additional topping. Instead of addressing the issue or offering to fix it, she raised her voice again and told me to leave the parking lot immediately.

The interaction felt hostile, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. I did not feel respected as a customer, and the situation could have easily been resolved if she had simply listened and handled it professionally. I hope management reviews this situation and provides better training on professionalism and customer care.

The salad was old yellow lettuce and the chicken wasn’t not even cut.

OWNER KIETH CLARK, messed up my order, did not give sauces with 30 piece nuggets and 2 chicken sandwiches ordered 4 shakes got 3 straws. Called to ask what happened they offered not even an apology. Poor customer service. Definitely went down hill from when they opened and when they cared about there customers. Never returning!

I have never been to a Chic fil a that could mess up an order so fully. I created a mobile order for a vanilla coffee with h&h, a hashbrown bowl with hot sauce, and a parfait.

They gave me straight black coffee, iced, with a pump of vanilla syrup, no hot sauce (salsa instead), no spoon for the parfait, and barely any berries. I had to pour out some of the coffee to have room for the handful of h&h creamers that were given to me at the counter…

My girlfriend made an order for drive through pickup at 10:00AM. We got there at 10:15AM and they were only serving with 1 of the 2 drive throughs for morning breakfast. We literally had to wait 45 minutes just to pick up an order. The line was insane, even for a random, early Thursday morning pick-up. They were super slow and when it came to pickup the order, it still wasn’t ready and I could see 4 people inside just standing around not doing much. I get it that lines can get intense, but that fact that the service was so painfully slow, the orders weren’t ready, and only 2 people were manning the drive through orders, honestly something needs to change.

Been in the drive thru line for over 20 mins. The line was back up to Malphrus road. I’m not sure what’s going on but this has to be the worst Chick fil a I have ever visited. Waited 22 mins in drive thru and was still asked to pull up and wait. Hash browns cold.

Pretty disgusted. After working a long 13 hr night shift, I waited 20 mins, even though I was 3rd in line early this morning with a preorder, just for my food to come out like this. Why is my breakfast burrito paper literally rolled into my burrito? That’s really gross, unsanitary, and disappointing. I tried calling about the issue and reached no one and couldn’t leave a voicemail.

I’m visiting from out of town and stopped into chik fil a to have lunch. I have a service animal and felt super uncomfortable being approached by 3 yes 3 different employees telling me I could not have my service animal inside. I stopped and asked at the drive thru where their outdoor seating was and was told by employee that they did not have outdoor seating which is where I would have chosen to sit but they did not offer it. I have showed my verification twice n still get approached by a 3rd employee. This was the first time I encountered rudeness and unfriendly atmosphere. I will never dine here again n will share how I was treated with all I know.

Joined the drive thru for my mobile order at 10:31 – they cant make hashbrowns and a piece of chicken?! No biscuit no sandwich – just ridiculous that when someone has a mobile order in and it cannot be made when we get there like every other place. Then we have to call for our refund?! You cannot just process one in the store?!! No, of course not. They LOVE to tell you they cannot do something for you!

Specifically asked a young lady over the phone for them not to put any roasted corn on to my salad she then proceeded to tell me how I should’ve just done it on the app. I let her kno there wasn’t a place for me to and it said call this store for any modifications so I did. She barely confirmed she’d let them kno with an attitude as if I were inconveniencing her over an allergy. Salad then made it to me with nothing but roasted corn covered over the top and I now can’t even eat it and wasted money for the 4 th time with them over this issue. They have hired nothing but kids who just can’t wait to clock out and could care less abt the usual well mannered, respectful “my pleasure” chick fil a way. This store is turning into a Burger King with the attitudes and absolutely no customer service. I used to be obsessed with them and adored this location. Even management was rude and could care less because “she isn’t over the kitchen”.
