Food was average and servers were ok. The layout of the parking lot and drive thru creates lots of confusion and people having to walk from other store’s parking lots. No way to drive around building to the open 15-20 parking spots by the store. Really wondering what they were thinking with the design of this location. Definitely will not return.

WORST chick fila I have ever been to. I’m writing this review as I’m standing inside in disbelief. All tables are dirty, floors are covered in trash and food. Despite all of this we ordered food anyway, our order was wrong. My daughter ordered 5 piece nuggets. Got 2 strips instead. We took it back to get it corrected and we were told that those are chicken nuggets! Staff mainly consists of teenagers. Perhaps that’s the reason for this mess. They are not supervised to do better. Right now condiments stations are empty and 4-5 employees are standing around chatting. Tables are greasy, dirty, left with crumbs. ALL tables!! And Bathrooms let’s not even mention the bathrooms!!!! Below are just some small examples. I didn’t want to go around just taking pics of the whole place. Entrance door is disgusting dirty. Hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Picture doesn’t do it it’s justice.

The service here sucks. There is always a line. Normally when I see a line at chick-fil-a I don’t worry bc they are efficient and move quickly. Not at this location. Idk if it’s bc of management or the employees but they take FOREVER. I am writing this review while trapped in line. I haven’t even ordered yet and I’ve been in line 15 minutes. I’ve lived in bluffton 3 months now and it’s always terrible every time I go. They also frequently tell you the wrong car to follow when the lanes merge and then try to give you the wrong food at the front. They turn off the instore pickup so you can’t even order on the app. It’s ridiculous. The food is good, I don’t worry about that at chick-fil-a. The staff are friendly but if their incompetent that ruins the experience.

Lately Chic fila hasn’t been a my pleasure kind of place, my last visit I ordered my food and told the young lady I was paying with a gift card but wasn’t sure how much was left on it she says I guess it is good with little care then someone else approaches telling me that I owe , ok no problem because I did not know how much was on the card then someone is beeping their horn obsessively while I am waiting patiently on my 30 min break which is now up so I look up and there are 3 vehicles in front of me but the chic fila employee at the window is yelling

Food is good but why offer mobile pickup when you have to wait in line anyway. We were turned away inside and asked to wait in line to get our order when we ordered thirty minutes in advance. Very disappointed.
