We went on a Friday so there was a wait time. They told us 30 mins but it seemed much faster since there was only 2 of us. Took awhile for our waiter to come to our table but they were a packed house. He was getting drinks for other tables and delivering peoples endless fries. Once he came he took our drink order and we signed up for rewards and got a free appetizer. They had a balloon making man walking around making balloon animals/crowns for kids. He took tips. Good atmosphere, not for people in a hurry though. It was nice to sit and wait and relax. We were in no hurry but our waiter did great. He refilled our drinks before our food came. Overall a good first experience. Even had the manager come to our table and ask how the food was.

My husband and I came to try the $9.99 burger deal This is a double patty cheeseburger with one unlimited side and beverage of your choice. We chose the house salad as our side. We both really liked our burgers with no complaints; hot, juicy and perfect amount of toppings that included thousand island dressing. It actually reminded me of the classic Big Boy from back in the day in Michigan! The servers were friendly and very efficient. My only complaint is we sat outside on a perfect day and it was pretty dirty; the vinyl table covers had not been cleaned from the day before and the cement patio really needed to be swept and mopped.

The staff here gets six stars. The manager greeted us as we came through the door. He’s very friendly and the restaurant was very clean and presentable. Servers were awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable of then menu. They had me at bottomless root beer floats. I will say that again, bottomless root beer floats. The food my wife and I ordered was all great.

Chandler was our server. Never missed a beat. He was great!! Food was delicious as always. The restaurant was kind of dirty, the tables were not very clean and floors were dirty. Considering it was before the lunch rush they should have had time to clean. Also they really need to install sun shades on the west side. We got there at 4:00 and the sun shining through the window was just unbearable to look across the table at our family and have any conversation. But again the food was great and Chandler was the best!

As usual I was quickly seated. My order was quickly taken with a basket of steak fries and drink quickly brought to my table. Before I could finish the fries, my meal was delivered as I ordered it, fresh and hot. I got a refill while eating and an additional one for the road. Great fast, tasty, and affordable. The Big YUMM deal (burger, unlimited side, and unlimited drink) $9.99! I will return!

I love to go to Red Robin, one of my favorites, until today. Either they are handing out substandard fries or the change to their fries is unacceptable. Are they giving up their quality and standards? Sorry to have experienced it if that’s the case. Either way it will be a while before I get over this trip, if ever, I’m sure.

My husband and I went for a late night date night. The service was wonderful, Zack was friendly and attentive and although he stopped to chat with us it was never too much. Our entrees were great, but the appetizers seemed to all be a bit over done. The atmosphere was nice, a bit loud with kitchen noise, but nothing too bothersome or enough to ruin conversation.
