Had my favorite today for a late lunch. Bonzai Burger and fries. I asked for the teriyaki sauce to be light, and it came out just like I asked. My only complaint would be – the fries were mostly all small and not very hot. Also, my server took a long time to get me my bill.

Usually I have good experiences here but today my wife and I dined alone and for some reason our waiter ended up getting us but also 3 other tables that had parties of 6 or more. It took a long time for us to get service or request anything, some of those requests went forgotten. Meanwhile the tables in front and behind us had different waiters and were getting served fine. Not sure how we got the server with big parties but that was poor planning. Thought about complaining to the manager but we had other things to do. Anyway, seriously plan the seating better.

I ordered fries pickles and a royal burger and on the way home I felt stomach pain and nausea. Instantly had to throw up when I got home I know that this meal caused it cause it was the only thing I ate today. Anyways I love Red Robin but I won’t be dining here again I hate food poisoning it makes me not want to eat out again at all. The service was good everyone is nice and seems like they got a good flow however the food man needs to be prepared in a clean sanitary environment.

Our party of eight walked in in the middle of a packed lunch round so we had a 30min wait. The hostess was calm and helpful. When we got seated we were served right away and our server, Zach, was great. The food was delicious as always. We’ll be back.

This used to be my favorite place hands down. Changes they made now free burger always ends up being cheapest thing on the menu I got my kids pizza kids meal. I tried again waited 20 minutes before someone took our drink orders. After 45 minutes we walked. We were loyal now you’ve lost us for good.

The food is great, as always, but I was disappointed to hear they discontinued the MadLove Burger. It was a staple in my Red Robin dining experience. I got the Scorpion burger last time and it was pretty good! A little messy, but what do you expect. Still recommend this establishment, as our waitress was excellent!

Went with friends – everyone’s food good – 3 different burgers and 1 very good-looking salad. Service okay but checking out on self serve machine had problems. Server ended up getting manager to help. Friends had to go back in because receipt still showed overcharges.
