Very disappointed! Advertise they have 1/2 off on appetizers but they serve you scraps! I don’t eat Applebee’s too often but when I do I always get the chicken wonton tacos because it’s it’s best thing on the menu. BUT NOT TODAY! The way the food was presented to me was horrible, the display was horrible as well as the taste! I’m here sitting at the bar and there’s garbage all over the floor leading into the kitchen! It makes me disappointed that I didn’t follow my gut and go else where once I saw the cleanliness of the place. I ordered a sangria n it taste like pure water! Waste of money idc if my bill was 100$ or 20$ the quality is horrible! Won’t be coming back!

What can I say about Applebees…. A shadow of what once was a great restaurant that you could eat out on a budget. The food was bland, meat over cooked and salty. The only thing I enjoyed were the appetizers. A good experience was the staff. They were polite and on point. So no complaints there. I won’t be returning just because my money will be better spent at the grocery store.

The food was sent back as the potatoes were cold. The service required requesting condiments, but the server was gracious but harried. As you can see by the photos, the presentation of the food is amateurish and required sauce. The rice was overcooked and inedible.

We went to applebees last night . Melody was our server , she was great ! Attentive and quick with our orders as well as with providing our bill..thank you very much melody! The food was pretty good – no complaints on our end . Drinks were brought to us quickly. One thing I also appreciated was the lack of wait time on a sat evening and of course the cleanliness of the store . That goes a long way in my book. We will be returning

The photo displayed is wrong. That is nearly 2 years old and was the old location, which is becoming a Chick-fil-a. The new location is less than a block away on the corner by the subway exit on Broadway. There is no WiFi here. The food is unappealing, and the servers are very harried. This new location will die quickly when the Chick-fil-a opens. Like IHOP, which Applebee’s is part of the same chain, think of this as an IHOP with a liquor license.

We were pleasantly surprised – the food was very good and the employees were helpful. The only hiccup we encountered was getting through the front door. I thought they were closed because the glass door was sticking (I didn’t want to force anything & risk breaking anything). Once we got inside everything was good.

i absolutely love the experience. the food is great and the drinks are even better. the last time i went i had the best server, hana. she’s so nice and attentive and gives the best recommendations. i can’t wait to go back and try more things. she deserves a lot of tips and i can tell she’s very good at her job.

I came in for lunch about a couple of months ago. Food was great but the service was even better. Our servers name was G. She was great! My friend and I are both servers so we know what’s up. She was friendly, suggestive selling, checked up on food and overall attention was on point. The smothered chicken was delicious and the steak was great. The two things I could do without was the green beans that were over cooked and falling apart and the host. She didn’t say a word to us. No hello, goodbye, smile or even asked how many people we were. She should have G train her about customer service.

This place is horrible. My companion wanted lemon slices for his iced tea, he approached our waitress whom happened to also be the bartendar with the request. She took out a plastic cup and took out 3 slices of lemon with her bare hands. I made sure he took his burger to go, and leave the rest of the mess behind. She was serving food, making drinks and handling cash/cards, at no given time did I see this young lady wash her hands. This is exactly how people get sick with cross contamination. Staff should be trained on cleanliness. Never will myself or my loved ones think about dining at Applebee’s ever!
