1st time being to Red Robin in about 5 years (we don’t live close to one) anyways we came around 8pm and it took about 7 minutes for anyone to notice we were at the front waiting to be seated. Finally get seated and we ordered our food. Fried pickles were pretty good and the sauce it came with was amazing! The cheese and bacon fondue was also delicious but not very warm. I ordered the crispy chicken wrap, no tomato and the lack of chicken was disappointing. I had more lettuce and cheese than anything else. I have a before and after pic as I didn’t even eat the rest. My husband ordered the southern charm and he said it was okay. He’s a big burger lover!!! Our not once came back to ask how things were. I couldn’t even get a kid for my sauces to take home. Based on our experience tonight it wasn’t a good impression/food quality. Also, my water glass had left over residue from idk what but ♀️

They were awesome! Great service, asked us several times if we needed items refilled. The food is amazing and they are good with food allergies. They have many gluten free options. I got the gluten free cauliflower pizza. My favorite is that they have bottomless sides (the side salad and sweet potato fries are our favorite). On this particular meal, we used a birthday reward to get a free burger—score!

Seemed short staffed and had one waiter running around to most of the tables. He was friendly and attentive when he could get to our table. Manager was doing table touches which was good but I feel maybe there wasn’t enough communication that the waiter needed more help. Was served an incorrect drink by another team member and waited until the end to get a refill on another. It wasn’t the worst experience but it definitely could have been better.

Lovely environment. Staff is friendly and management is helpful. Charise was the MOD and she double checked on us, even after the server, and made sure our meal was tasty and fresh. Definitely coming back! I had the 10” GF create your own pizza. Spinach, bacon, and pepperoni. (I asked for it baked well) DELISH.

The service was terrible. Waited for drink refills for over 10 minutes. Our food sat this same amount of time waiting to be served to our table while we watched the whole situation. WORST PART: the male hostess was in the bathroom with me checking stalls and paper towel!! Completely inappropriate!! BEST PART: Margaritas were delicious!

My absolutely favorite thing here is the teriyaki chicken sandwich. I’ve not found one I like more anywhere else. My family really likes the Royal Ref Robin burger with the egg. And greatly appreciate the extra fries option for take out – yum!!! Just make sure you check your order if getting take out. There is always something missing from the order. Just double check it. But love the food so keep going back.

The food has always been good and fresh. Never a Very long wait when I do go. Food comes out quick. Service is regular. Servers are friendly enough. The prices are reasonable. You do get the quality of the price. I’ve never used the fry refill but that is a nice option. Great for quick family lunch!

The food is always great WHEN they have it in stock. I usually only get the BLTA and more times than not they either don’t have it or it’s still frozen. Then I’m forced to pick something else that’s also good but not the reason I went. The service here is usually really good! I haven’t had an issue thus far. My only real turn off is the fact that their tables are VERY sticky and VERY wobbly. My son is in a high chair and I hate for him to touch it because he could either get hurt or get sticky.

This is the best Red Robin I have ever been to. The service was simply amazing. The host greeted us and seated us in a booth. Our server Arianna was great. She checked often and made sure our side orders are refilled quickly. There were few other employees who helped in getting the drinks refilled even without asking for it. Great team work!! Excellent customer service!!!
