The waitress we had for our service, Zoe, gave us excellent service. She was very attentive to our needs and for the other tables she had. The burger was good and cooked to order. The place was slightly noisy but tolerable. I thoroughly appreciated the service we were given, and she was tipped accordingly.

Horrible service and false advertising. I went to happy hour on Friday, which is between 3-6pm. I was told by my first server that the spiked freckled lemonades quality for 3$ during happy hour. Plus my coaster, the sign up front and online all say the same thing. That the spiked lemonades are included with happy hour prices. But when the bill came out it had the regular price of 8$ p, so I pointed it out to my server, who denied that it was included during happy hour. She charged me full price, even though I showed her the proof. She claimed that it’s not included and whoever previously told me so was new and didn’t know. So unprofessional and not only the drink debacle but my order was wrong twice, I sent it back once but dealt with it the second time. I didn’t know getting something “plain” meant all the toppings plus smothered in sauce. Also some nasty guy was creeping from the bar area. Will not be back to this location. Please train your staff and work on your listening skills. I come from food service too, but man I cannot let this Tom foolery slide. Absolute mess of an establishment.

Ordered two impossible burgers for my wife and I. They served us two regular burgers. My wife is allergic to meat and I haven’t eaten meat due to my health issues. My wife got instantly sick and was vomiting in the bathroom. I requested the manager and told him and just asked for the kitchen to be careful. He in turn asked me how I knew it wasn’t an impossible burger. We have been to several red robins and never encountered anything like this. He fixed the issue but my wife was no longer in the mood to eat. Completely ruined our simple date night for the week.

Ran like they were busy but it was about moderate. Took a bit too get a waitress but she was awesome. Was very attentive. Husband ordered a rum & coke & a white Russian. He said the drinks were perfect. Red Robin is pricey but you get what you pay for in serving size and quality. The alcohol was very decently priced. $5 for each drink and they weren’t tiny 4 sip jokes either. Our total for pop, alcohol, app, 2 make – just shy of $44. Both of us were surprised, expecting it to be more. Only negatives i can give: onion rings were too crispy & I was charged to swap them out for fries (hate fries), longish wait time from when seated to seeing our waitress. But she made up for the delay.

The first bad experience I’ve ever had at a Red Robin. We were the only ones seated at the bar our entire stay, yet our service was incredibly slow. Somehow our onion rings came out piping hot, but our meals tasted like they had been sitting under the lamps for awhile, they were lukewarm. I ordered a Long Island but all it tasted like was sweet and sour and Coke. So disappointed, I was really looking forward to a normal Red Robin visit which are usually great.

Prior to yesterday, I always had good experiences here. However, last night they messed up my order, and I was exposed to foods that I have a sensitivity to. I can’t eat onions, and I had intentionally ordered the bacon cheeseburger because it does not list onions on the menu for this item. However, my burger came out with onions — I decided that I would just pick them off, and try not to worry about it, because I only react to water-soluble compounds within the onions, and since it didn’t seem like they had been cooked with the burger itself or boiled in water or anything, it couldn’t be that big of a deal…right? Wrong. I should have sent the burger back, because the next day I was having GI issues while traveling to an assignment in Flint with a coworker. Not fun. In hindsight, I know that I should have sent the burger back, but also there should have never been onions on it in the first place. They aren’t on the menu for that item (which is why I picked to begin with) and I didn’t request them either. 🙁

I really wanted a good burger. And I was curious about this restaurant, just having moved back to Michigan. Online ordering was easy. But ‘Gourmet’ IT’S NOT 🙁 The mushroom burger was dry and tasted flat, like cardboard. No flavor. Fish was not fully cooked on Fish sandwich. Not edible. Not worth $5 let alone $15 each. Will not return.

Ryan was great. We were promptly seated without delay, immediately greeted by Ryan, well taken care of throughout our meal and asked if we wanted anything else after we handled the check. No issues with staffing here, like EVERY OTHER restaurant we’ve been in since C-19. Props to the mgt here for keeping staffing a priority. Nothing worse than being told there is a 40 min wait and you can see 80% of the tables are empty.
