Had a good experience overall. The service was great and attentive. There was something in my lemonade, so I probably wouldn’t order that again, but it was replaced promptly without any issue. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich (6/10) and a margarita (8/10). We also tried the appetizer platter (6/10). Nothing particularly special food-wise, but we still had a good time.

Good menu, lots of options. Kaye served us well, the manager also came around and chatted for a bit. Food was good. I got the scorpion spicy boneless wings – could have used a bit more sauce, a tad bit dry. But the taste was good. Good selection of beers (had to use a card though to see what was available on draft). Started with queso fundido – good amount of spice, good flavour, chips are salty and work well with the dip.
Just wasn’t offered water at all and my son didn’t like the garlic fries (but I did) – overall, it was a good time and good dinner. Give it a shot!

Great food! Jessica was a great host and helped us decide on what burger to experience. Everyone in my group was impressed with the burger and sides. Don’t forget to get and appetizer and dessert if you saved room. We will be back and look forward to trying some of the other burger options.

Great staff, fries were a little to soft but the burger and mozzarella sticks were very yummy. The onion rings are good but they are very crunchy. Drinks could have been refiled a little more but they were on the busy side.

I’m starting to see a trend about Ypsilanti, Michigan, great food! I’m from Canada so I’ve never been to a Red Robin. To me it’s an American style eatery that specializes in burgers. The hamburger was delicious, fresh and juicy. Here’s the best part, bottomless sides. That notion is insane but true. I loved the food. We were so impressed with how many different staff stopped by to check in on our experience. You will leave so happy. Totally got a great family vibe, genuinely nice folks. Please stop by and support this great business

Server is diligent to take care of us, runners were quick and you can see efficiency in all of the staff! Ordered bacon fondue burgers and they were HOT and delicious! The best I’ve had at probably any restaurant I’ve been too. The fries fresh and hot as well! I was full and checked on by many! Busses were quick cleaning and, I’m almost certain, the general manager stopped to see how everything was. I let him know it was hot and delicious! He was very appreciative. I would’ve kissed the chef if I could

Thank you Alyssa for doing a fantastic job tending the bar and serving me, had a wonderful evening here. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very clean and well kept. I had the Jalapeño Heatwave burger and a Gueiness, both very delicious! The Jalapeño Heatwave was very flavorful, I like spicy food and the burger had a really nice low heat spiciness to it. This is a very nice, family friendly, sit down American style restaurant with some very creative culinary twists to excite and refresh the palette.

Our server Marcos was amazing! Super personable and warm while also giving us space to enjoy our meal. He struck a great balance. The host who sat us, Sammy, was also super warm and friendly. Food and drink was delicious as always. The manager who talked to us was kind of cold, didn’t seem to actually care if we were having a good experience. I think every table in the restaurant is important and he seemed to care more about the tables around us. Marcos and Sammy are the ones getting 5 stars.

It was pretty good and met my expectation of Red Robin. They hot and sour shrimp highly recommended.The staff were super nice and kind. My hamberger was delicious. We celebrated my friend birthday. They gave her a free desert which made her day special!
