I wish they would open up in the Lakeland area. Anyway, went on a Sunday afternoon and was able to immediately get a table for two. I tried the Tycoon Burger, which is a limited time offering. The burger that was served doesn’t look as nice as what’s pictured on the menu, but I’m being picky. The burger was delicious, although a bit on the sweet side, but not overly sweet. Ketchup bottle was almost empty and had to ask for another. No biggies.

Not impressed with the food or the service. We tried this location after 5yrs hiatus and it’s still not worth your time or money. The bartender who waited on us rarely came around to us. My bacon cheesecake burger was so smashed, a McDonald’s burgers would be thicker to eat. We were never asked about the needing more fries, had to wave the waitress down to get more to drink even thou we we sitting next to her bar entrance which she passed regularly. The place was extremely loud, and we were happy to be in the back corner. A bit more quieter.

Red Robin has yummy burgers and fries. They also offered chicken for those who don’t like beef. Their best feature is unlimited fries. We didn’t take advantage, but it’s nice to know that that’s an option. The only downfall is it is pretty pricey for a burger joint.

We popped in to grab a bite and had to wait to be seated. As we waited another family came in and another host seated them our table without even asking who came in first. Then as we finally got our table 15 minutes later our server was great but sweet fries were Luke warm and coleslaw was old, after throwing up in my mouth I told our server and she told the manager but no action seemed to be taken. The kids menu needs to be revised. No bottled juices or water? Spent over $100 and could of had better elsewhere. Nobody seem to want to be there. Probably won’t try this location again for awhile. Hope the food quality and staff gets better.

Women’s restroom had a broken toilet and no soap and this was at 11:45 am. Employees are supposed to wash hands before returning to work, (my person was not a happy person who found this when she visited the restroom) Burger was great, the fish was good the batter tasted like it was time to change the fryer grease. Fries were not warm, our server was sat 4 times in a row, pushing service out even worse. Seemed to be understaffed. Music was a little overwhelming to talk over.

FOOD IS GREAT. BUT THE SERVICE IS POOR. THE Atmosphere is OK. The problem is the service and this new method of paying. The old way was better you could look at your bill first now with this new method you pay first then you get a receipt to see if the bill is right. The NEW WAY IS NO GOOD.
