We ate for lunch on Sunday the waiting time was 30 minutes that was OK for us. The service excellent, we receive drinks and food fast. Delicious burgers and shakes and the price are good. If you want a delicious burger, this is the place. It’s at the main entrance of the mall that you can wait in the mall.

“GREAT SERVICE!!!”
On December 19th at approximately 6pm my wife and I left the cheesecake factory after having a horrible service experience. We walked over to Red Robins. Soon as we walked in the hostess greeted us with a smile and great enthusiasm . She guided us to our seats and said our waitress will be with us shortly. The waitress quickly came to the table and greeted us in the same manner! Smiled, kind, sweet, and fun . She took our order and quickly delivered the food to our table. She also throughout our experience checked on us appropriately to attend to our needs. The manager with the same enthusiasm walked by every table including ours to check on us as well. The manager (Simone) was excellent!!!! We told her about our experience at the cheesecake factory when she visited our table and we thanked her and the staff for rescuing our evening from a bad experience at the cheesecake factory. The enthusiasm and customer care at this establishment is beyond expectations! My wife and I are glad we visited and will recommend this establishment to everyone looking for a great service experience. “GOOD JOB RED ROBINS!!!” ❤️

Sooo good….. Just went because I wanted a different burger besides Burger King or Mickey D’s. Remembering the commercials decided to try Red robins. Push come to serve I get some decent fries and as much as I want. 1st let me thank Trey at our Brandon Town center location. He made some amazing food amazing. He was on top of his game and act as though he enjoyed what he does. So they started off with the new customer and bring a plate of hot fresh fries for us to try(and not small portions). Next We order your drinks. They were automatically refilled about 3 or 4 times. My wife ordered a burger with cheese and mushrooms. While her burger ordered didn’t come with mushrooms they customized it just for her and it was cooked to perfection. I ordered the monster burger( I like meat and don’t eat vegetables on my burgers). I however forgot to order bacon extra. As I got my burger the staff was told of my bacon catastrophe and went and got me some well cooked bacon in minutes. It made the burger that much more enjoyable. And unlike a lot of places, there monster burger was a delicious monster. I had to turn it around and measure it with my big mouth to see how I plan to eat it. Once I got that 1st bite in my mouth I knew we were going to best friends to the end. Even after that we had our regular plate of fries(hot). After we were done they still asked if we wanted another plate of fries and that they are endless. But they didn’t have wheelbarrows so we had to make that the end. Will be returning soon

I love this place. We listened to happy music, watched the Fresh Beat Band of Spies episode, “Bo’s Birthday Bash”; watched the Rastamouse episode, “Hot Hot Hot”; and ordered veggie burgers, fries, onion rings, and strawberry lemonade.

Once entering the restaurant, we were seated within 5 minutes, which was impressively fast. However, it took quite a while for drinks to be brought to our table, and napkins weren’t provided until after we had already eaten our appetizers. Speaking of appetizers, we ordered the fried pickles, which were hot, crispy, and paired with an amazing sauce—definitely a highlight.
For our main course, I ordered the Scorpion Burger, and my partner had the Jalapeño Heatwave Burger. Both burgers were cooked as requested, but I was disappointed that the bun on my Scorpion Burger was cold and greasy on top. The fries, while lightly fried, lacked the golden brown crispiness and seasoning I’ve enjoyed at other Red Robin locations.
Refills on drinks were slow to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the food was okay—nothing particularly bad, but nothing to rave about either.
Overall:
The quick seating and delicious fried pickles were great, but the lackluster fries and some service delays kept this visit from being better.

Chicken was rubbery and tasted nasty.
Fries were Not Hot.
Broccoli was cold.
Manager had attitude stating she touch it it was warm Not Hot like food should be. This is why its been a year+ cause this place SUCKS!

I’ve been coming here for years, but this was my 1st time sitting at the bar. Xavier was super attentive and friendly, even though he was also busy making drinks and waiting on nearby tables. The food was top notch: the Madlove Burger was packed with flavor as usual, the Peach Freckled Lemonade was a tasty spin on their classic Freckled Lemonade, and the Pretzel Bites were hot and soft with their zippy pub cheese for dipping. It was my 1st time having the Pretzel Bites, but it won’t be the last. Plus, the Happy Hour deal at the bar with the $3 discount on the Bites was the perfect incentive to try them.
