Came here for endless shrimp promo. Basically it is $23.99 per person for unlimited orders of 5 shrimp dishes. Each round can order 2 dishes per person. It came with a free side and biscuits. I love the flavor of biscuits btw!

Go find Nina! Best service we’ve ever get! She has so much passion and enthusiam. She gave us great suggestion on food and cocktails. She always came around to ask for what’s needed. She offered great service! Before dinner, I actually had a day with a bit depression, but totally cured by Nina! She passed her happiness to me. Go talk to her! You’ll have a wonderful night.

I love coming here. Drove from downtown San Diego to this location. They close later at 10pm, lots of parking, customer service is always good and the lobsters are good as well. I highly recommend and I’ll return.

During visit there was a server shortage. Only 1 server for whole dining area. Observed table in open area stay dirty for over 30 minutes before being hastily wiped off but food crumbs/debris left and clearly visible. On way out paid at counter near bar so asked bartender who was not busy if I could leave tip with her thinking she would give tip to the server but was told I needed to walk back to table in dining area. No very helpful or a kindly response let alone for a senior citizen. More staffing and maybe better customer service/team training for bartenders.

Yesterday, I visited this location and was greeted by an employee at the front who made my party feel welcomed, I truly appreciated that. When I sat down and ordered, I got the “Main tail duo” and not only did it take forever to come out but it tasted off. Like something had to have been wrong with it because I was getting nauseous just being around it. My party felt the same way about their orders and we left unpleased with our experience at this establishment. If you want good food, go to crab hut or something.

I’ve never had an experience this bad at red lobster. They close the location in Oceanside, so this was one of our only choices. It was disappointing that they didn’t have the new shrimp selections available. However, the service was poor and the place was filthy and smelled like sewer. 3 stars, because right before we left, they finally brought out all of the refills that we ordered and we got to take them home.

The server was nice, but wow was the service bad. Endless shrimp was an hour between rounds, when the food finally came it was ice cold. We gave up after 3 hours. To add insult to injury they have a photographer running around trying to upsell you photos now, to commemorate how long you had to wait for 7 shrimps. The iPads on tables and rewards program were the first signs of the end. pretty obvious the chain is going out of business and for good reason. Hopefully people support more local small businesses instead.

What a nice dining experience. Prices have gone up. Ultimate feast is $45 but everything was fresh and really great. Our waitress Wendi was great refilled us a ton cheese biscuits and our drinks were always full. They have adjusted hours too 12-8pm we left close to 9 not realizing they had closed but did not feel rushed. Everything was very nice will be going back for sure!!!
