August 2022, no covid outbreaks in this area, but this Subway refused to serve us because we were not wearing a mask! This is discrimination, no proof that masks are of any benefit especially for healthy, well people. We will not bow down to this false idea, not doing business with Subway again!

The staff that were serving tonight were rude, disrespectful and not very polite at all. I went in about 8:45 pm and tried to order a sandwich and they didn’t take any care to how they were preparing my food. They didn’t put the proper amount of meat on the sandwich then when I attempted to address it with the young man he walked off and a young lady came and acted as if I was bothering her. I do understand that they were getting ready to close things up but I wasn’t rude to them and as a Director in the building I would expect a little common curtesy especially since they were the preparers of the food I was ordering. After I declined the service I overheard the young lady calling me rude when all I was asking is that my food be prepared properly. I’ve worked in food service before and I do understand that being pleasant don’t cost a thing.

My pizza that I tried to get had stems on the Spinach long stems and I asked could she cut or tear them off she said No because she had a Line Also My sandwich that I ordered was soggy my Lettuce was bad looking and The employees had a Terrible nasty Attitude. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to eat at this Subway cause they don’t know how to treat their customers.

Instead of harassing patrons about masks maybe focus on hair nets and changing your gloves. You’re more than 6 feet away and protected by plexiglass. You on the other hand are touching my food and handling equipment/money.

I am at the hospital with my baby who the doctor just told me has days to live. I finally feel like I could eat so I came down to subway. I was treated SO POORLY. The girl was so very rude. She just threw my sandwich together sloppy. After I paid I just walked out and cried. They should know that they are dealing with people who most likely have a loved one in the hospital where they work. I will NEVER go back and be treated like that again. HORRIBLE!
