For our party of 2, it was okay. From the moment we walked in, we could smell the dirty carpets. Very short-staffed. There weren’t enough servers, but instead of telling us that, we noticed we had to wait for the 4pm crew to roll in. Some communication would have been nice if we were going to be waiting a while. Our server was very nice and took care of us well, despite being new and getting several other tables.

We went here for our 5th wedding anniversary to get the “Unlimited Shrimp” on Monday like the promotion advertised. The waitress was extremely slow and evasive. We had to waste 2 hours eating here and waiting for food because it took so long to reorder shrimp dishes. I asked if we could just order two dishes at once to speed this process up so we could leave since my wife wanted to try all 5 styles of shrimp. The waitress said no, only 1 at a time. As a result, we wasted two hours sitting here waiting. The waitress was fast about getting extra glasses of water and asked us if we wanted more biscuits, but the shrimp dishes were obviously delayed. This is an obvious restaurant strategy to fill customers up with inexpensive stuff so they can maximize profits. Imagine waiting 20-30 minutes for 5 little grilled shrimp on a stick. What a disappointment. The “unlimited” offer on this promotion should be clarified, because it is limited by your waitress as they are instructed to do by management. I will not return to this Red Lobster in Peoria.

Our waiter was absolutely amazing! He went way above and beyond for us and really made our experience so special. The hostess was delightful also. The restaurant itself needs a good cleaning. I could that smell of “old dirty carpet” smell upon entering. Windows are dirty on the inside with old hand prints and dead flys on the window sills. Other than the cleanliness issues, the experience was fantastic. The food was hot and fresh. I was very impressed to see diversity in the staff here. We plan to return and hopefully it will be to a cleaner restaurant.

We made a reservation for 6:30 and we got seated around 6:45. The table we were placed at had dirty dishes on top and the floor was disgusting with chicken strips, broccoli, and biscuits all under our table. Our hostess just pushed the food back and barely wiped the top of our table. Service was very slow and we rarely got checked on. Tables all around us had dirty dishes the entire time we were seated, and never got cleaned by the time we left (as shown in the picture below). The bathrooms were absolutely atrocious with urine on the ground and sticky floors. All tables around us were seated without silverware, so we all had to ask our waitress to get some. After over an hour of waiting for our food, the proportions seemed so small for the price we were paying. And although the food tasted good, the rating went down because of proportion, price, and not getting what was advertised. For example: I ordered salmon roasted (it gave me the option between grilled and roasted), the salmon I received was grilled and all our waitress had to say was “roasted isn’t even an option. Nobody has ever noticed that.” Overall, our experience was not good and we will not be returning.

Absolutely delicious! I had the crab legs special on Tuesdays for 20$. The crab meat was great quality along with the patron margaritas. Our server Bryanna was fantastic. Best food and service I’ve had in a long time! I may need to come back next week!

I got the endless shrimp. There are a few options for the shrimp. It was very good. A good bang for your buck
The mocktails are really good too. I drink only on special occasions so the cocktails without alcohol were delicious. I got the strawberry one.
Coleslaw is sweet. I know some people don’t like that so just an FYI for everyone.
Dragon calamari was delightful. It has a kick so if you can handle some heat, try them.
You definitely need to try the mashed potatoes with the creamy lobster beurre blanc sauce. It’s AMAZING.

Good service. food was just okay. The lobster was small and the Crabs were tiny barely any meat. My friend ordered a medium rare steak and was very rare when we got it. I spent $137 including tip for me my buddy and a 2 year old. It’s way overpriced if you ask me.

The service was AWFUL! I made a reservation for 730. Got there at 7:10. I had gone up and asked multiple times if our table was ready. At exactly 8:05 over a half hour from our reserved time we were finally seated but only because I asked the manager this time. By the time we got our food it was 9pm. That includes the appetizer.
The manager was a joke. She allowed her employees to stand up front having conversations and laughing hysterically while the lobby had people waiting. That is a MOCK TO ALL OF US WAITING. You could at least pretend to be busy.
I watched an employee clearly upset walk out. When the manager went to run after him and got him to come back inside she complained about it to the employees standing around. Very rude to treat your employees that way. And disrespectful to talk about it in front of customers.
The waitress her name was Ashley I believe laughed multiple times at forgetting our drinks and food. And that the host didn’t bring our silverware.
Jerry Evan’s you should be ashamed of this place. I will no longer be returning to this place and I will make sure to spread the word of how awful it was. I will be writing a letter with printed pictures that I have taken to the ceo of this establishment. I highly recommend everyone to research the address and ceo which they do provide the information via google. Do not waste your time or money. If you have I am sorry you had a bad experience like the rest of us. READ REVIEWS before coming to this place.

Went with my sister-in-law to celebrate my oldest brother‘s birthday, what a blast we had! There were nine of us and we had a nice time and shared the birthday cake with the staff. Our waitress was quite busy so we didn’t see her as often as we wanted,but we entertain ourselves, and helped ourselves to what we needed.
