For our party of 2, it was okay. From the moment we walked in, we could smell the dirty carpets. Very short-staffed. There weren’t enough servers, but instead of telling us that, we noticed we had to wait for the 4pm crew to roll in. Some communication would have been nice if we were going to be waiting a while. Our server was very nice and took care of us well, despite being new and getting several other tables.

Our waiter was absolutely amazing! He went way above and beyond for us and really made our experience so special. The hostess was delightful also. The restaurant itself needs a good cleaning. I could that smell of “old dirty carpet” smell upon entering. Windows are dirty on the inside with old hand prints and dead flys on the window sills. Other than the cleanliness issues, the experience was fantastic. The food was hot and fresh. I was very impressed to see diversity in the staff here. We plan to return and hopefully it will be to a cleaner restaurant.

We went here for our 5th wedding anniversary to get the “Unlimited Shrimp” on Monday like the promotion advertised. The waitress was extremely slow and evasive. We had to waste 2 hours eating here and waiting for food because it took so long to reorder shrimp dishes. I asked if we could just order two dishes at once to speed this process up so we could leave since my wife wanted to try all 5 styles of shrimp. The waitress said no, only 1 at a time. As a result, we wasted two hours sitting here waiting. The waitress was fast about getting extra glasses of water and asked us if we wanted more biscuits, but the shrimp dishes were obviously delayed. This is an obvious restaurant strategy to fill customers up with inexpensive stuff so they can maximize profits. Imagine waiting 20-30 minutes for 5 little grilled shrimp on a stick. What a disappointment. The “unlimited” offer on this promotion should be clarified, because it is limited by your waitress as they are instructed to do by management. I will not return to this Red Lobster in Peoria.

Good service. food was just okay. The lobster was small and the Crabs were tiny barely any meat. My friend ordered a medium rare steak and was very rare when we got it. I spent $137 including tip for me my buddy and a 2 year old. It’s way overpriced if you ask me.

We had a wonderful time. I enjoyed the crabfest and my husband enjoyed the unlimited shrimp for $20. Our waitress, Cynthia, did an amazing job. The food was hot and delicious! We had a great overall experience. I, regrettably, didn’t take any pictures.. I wish I had.

My father and I showed up today at 11:20AM. I had ordered a cup of coffee and water, and my dad had a water. He ordered a fish and chips, and I ordered the lunch salmon New Orleans with broccoli and a side salad. We are not ones to complain but this has to be the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. The host who seated us was very nice but from the get-go our server made us seem like we were not important. We were never greeted, and simply were asked “Would you like a drink?” It took ten minutes to get the drinks out to us and had to ask for a refill after our cups sat empty for 20 minutes. There was two of us and we were given 3 Biscuits, an even number would have been nice. He also kept disappearing and would come back ten minutes later from the kitchen, with no food or drinks. We proceeded to wait for our meal for another hour, no apologies, no explanations. The only time we got an explanation was 50 minutes in when the other three tables around us had gotten their meals before us. They had also come in 20 Minutes After US!! We were told the salmon new orleans was still coming up but the fish and chips had been sitting for a while on the heat table…. When we finally got our meal, it wasn’t even delivered by him it was delivered by another server. I think she felt pity on us. When I received my food, my Dad had one piece of fish and very few fries. My meal that was to have just come out of the kitchen, was lukewarm and it had fries instead of broccoli. At the end of our meal, I had to ask for the check, after waiting another ten minutes. We were simply handed our receipt and never were told thank you or have a nice day. We finally got in our truck at 12:40. A simple apology and a smile would have gone a long way. Needless to say, we will not be back. This is the only negative review I have ever given. I have worked food service, and am usually pretty easy to please.

Our server was good until they seated a 6 top next to us. Then we were ignored. Had to wait too long to get forks to eat our dessert. I finally went to the front desk and got the forks myself. By then the whipped cream had melted. I wanted to pay cash and there was no folder to put it in. I left it on the table because the server never came back for it. Our dirty dishes were not cleared from the table. Not very pleasant to eat dessert with plates full of crab leg shells sitting there. Not a great experience this time.

Came for dinner tonight and everything was great. Our food was all delicious and the service was spot on. Never had a drink go empty before we had a refill. We were so pleased, we have mentioned how good it was several times since being home!
