Extremely disappointed with the north Atlantic cod meal. For one, it’s a whopping $15+ meal that does not include a drink. Two, an upcharge for certain sides and was not told when ordering. Three, expensive shrimp side. And had I known that a one scoop turtle sundae would be $5+, I would not have ordered it. I also asked for tartar and cocktail sauces and light on the chocolate syrup. They didn’t tell me the total when it was ordered in the drive thru so imagine my shock when I went to the payment window to be told it was a whopping $28.80!!! FOR ONE MEAL!!! I was shocked!!! But I paid. Then I get the meal to my hotel room only to find that my roll was cold as a door knob and soggy on the bottom since they put it on top of the fish in a closed container. No cocktail sauce. And the icream was only a few bites of ice cream and heavy on the chocolate and caramel syrups. Even the pecans were a disappointment since all I could see were a couple sprinkled on top. I also had thought I was going to get my receipt when they gave me my order but it was nowhere to be found. The food. So disappointed. The only delicious thing was the pretzels with cheese. The fish was terrible. Very greasy and no flavor. I had to drown it in tartar. The shrimp was alright but would have been better with cocktail sauce. And the tiniest portion of coleslaw. The roll was never warmed up as advertised and the butter it came with was fridge cold and mushy. So it was not pleasant to eat. What a disappointment. Never again will I ever go to Culver’s…waaaaay too expensive for a single dinner and a treat with no drink. What a joke!

I recently stopped by Culver’s and overall I had a pretty good experience. The signature ButterBurger was juicy and flavorful, just what I expected from the name. The frozen custard for dessert was also a highlight — rich, smooth, and a fun way to end the meal.
The dining area and restrooms were clean and well kept, which is always a plus. The staff was polite and checked on us. The fries and cheese curds hit the spot, especially when fresh.

UPDATE!! Nikies team and Culvers has restored my love for Culvers. My previous review was less than complimentary, but since then, they have sent me coupons for 3 anything on the menu and 3 medium concrete mixers. Now that is stepping up. I couldn’t be more pleased. 5 stars across the board.

I do not recommend pickup orders, you will eventually be forgotten about, its happened 4 times so far to me. Otherwise the food is good and a good stop while shopping.

Curbside mishap, went inside instead of using curbside. Some workers didn’t mind at all and were really nice, but one made a huge fuss. Always good food, but sometimes a hothead kills the mood for the place.

The staff here are really nice, the food is almost always delicious and in the very rare times it isnt, they are quick to remake it and apologize. The atmosphere is also very cozy, definitely one of the better resteraunts in the area

Pulling up the line was literally wrapped around the building, drive thru was extremely fast, cashier was pleasant and kind, food was fresh & made to order, this was my first time getting a fish sandwich & I must say it was DELICIOUS- WOW- unfortunately the mixer was little watered down (melted) but still good. This is now my favorite franchise location- GREAT JOB GUYS — KEEP IT UP!!!
