Opening day for Enid, OK! First time trying this place! Ordered online since do not have a long lunch break at work. For as busy as they were, the service was fast, friendly, and I got back to work on time!! I only got a 6pc combo and it is delicious!! Can’t wait to try something else!!

Wings are awesome when they actually follow the order. I usually get my wings “extra well done” and when they do that, they’re phenomenal. Only other minor complaint is they’ll sometimes be light on the fries. Keep Wingstop great and top them fries off.

The young lady that took our order was polite. The other 4-5 people cooking the food didn’t know what they were doing. No one else was in the a tore but my family 5 minutes later 2 guys walked in placed their order to dine in. A few call came in right after. 10 more minutes pass by a we still did not have our order the 2 guys that walked in after us was served their food 2 more guess that came in after us picked up their food and more people arrived to place their order. Overall it took us 45 minutes to get three 6 piece combos……no apology no nothing. I will not be a returning customer.

Don’t know where the receipt is now but meant to send a comment to corporate! No gloves, everyone touching their face, hair or mask, no hand washing, young lady cleaned a table and went right back to what she was doing! They didn’t even know what mild with lemon pepper sprinkles is! We could do it with hot because that’s in the system but not mild?! Was home visiting family but they don’t have to worry about me going there or in Georgia now!

Customer service ok. I’ve eaten at a lot of wingstops all over and this one is one of the best in having the food out timely. Taking into account what many reviewers don’t that with online ordering times may take longer than it seems it would if im the only person in the building. VERY underseasoned to the point of wondering if they even seasoned it…even with asking for extra seasoning. Fries never cooked well done as I request.
