I have not eaten at this place in years because of so many bad experiences in the past. My son had a taste for pasta so I decided to give them a try. I ordered a carry out, curbside……. The lady that brought my food out to the car was prompt and professional. The food was hot and fresh, even the biscuits that almost never happens with take out. The service and food was so great I called to give them the compliments that they deserve, talked to Kevin the general manager and he also was very friendly and professional. Good job to the Warren team! I’ll be back soon.

Several empty tables but told 20 minute wait for one person. Sat at bar. Took a while to get order taken then order came out incomplete. By the time they brought rest of order I was done eating. Said would try to discount but no dis out applied. Too expensive for this type of basic customer service mistakes

I haven’t been Red Lobster to Red Lobster in years but I was well pleased. There was plenty of parking spots available and we didn’t wait long to be seated.The server named Al was very helpful, friendly, polite friendly and courteous. The food was served hot and fresh. It was in Superbowl Sunday so Al told me the score.

The place was dirty. The bar and tables were not bussed or wiped, floor had straw wrappers and food everywhere. The hostess had an attitude from hell. The wait staff disappeared. The kitchen was SUPER slow. We both had the all you can eat shrimp, and it took 45 minutes to get our food. I ordered coleslaw, and they ran out. The waiter took it upon himself to double my broccoli side. Didn’t offer me a choice. Didn’t get any drink or biscuit refills. Never going back!

I recently dined here and had one of the best experiences at a restaurant in a while. Everyone was friendly and happy. Had a magnificent server named Marshad or Mashad (I think that’s his name) he was so pleasant. He came over greeted us asked if we’d like an alcoholic beverage and gave us suggestions same with appetizers. Our food was hot and delicious everything was good and tasty. I was already stuffed when I asked to get my free birthday dessert. I told our server that I don’t even want it right now and that I was going to wait to get it at Red Lobster by my house but I said that I wanted it from here because I knew that my service here and presentation of my food would be better here than the restaurant closest to me. This Red Lobster restaurant is outstanding and it has been recently renovated. If you’re looking for a nice meal don’t hesitate to come to this location and if you can have Marshad as your server please do you’re in for a treat. Nicest most polite person Ever!

It’s been at least 15 years since the last time I was at this Red Lobster. 15 years ago it wasn’t a very nice place, it was run down and the food was mediocre at best.

Service was great and the amount t of food I received was great. We had the seaside shrimp trio with more Alfredo than a regular order (which was great) and an admirals feast. For 44 bucks at red lobster I had more than enough food. It was quite slow in there so maybe that’s why but idk I’ll give this one 5 stars. I literally had NOTHING to complain about!

I came to red lobster to get some me time. The service sucks real bad. I got here about 8pm. I asked to sit at the bar. The host said as soon as a space was cleaned she’ll seat me. I waited about 30 mins. As I’m waiting someone who has already been waiting inquired about the bar seating. The host asked the bartender if they could sit at the bar. She told her no because she had a lot going on. That’s when I asked what was going on because I had already been waiting. She offered a table. Perfectly fine. I waited an additional 10 mins maybe. Finally able to sit. I’m sitting at least 20 mins. No greeting at all. No acknowledgment. Finally the waiter she I’ll be right with you. About 10 minutes after I was able to place my order about 8:50pm. The customer service here sucks real bad. Received my salad at 9:25. No silverware. 10 minutes later still no silverware. 9:39 I finally get silverware after reminding the waiter. 9:43 I never got my meal. I asked that I have a to go container for my salad and my meal be cancelled. However, the server did apologize for the service provided. She also took care of the bill. I respect that she owned her faults but I can’t say that I’ll return.
