What a nice experience for my birthday. I saw the shrimp AYCE offer & my son & daughter-in-law went for an early dinner on a rainy Thursday. Haven’t been to a Red Lobster in more than 20 years so I was pleased to see a very nice low keyed room with booths & tables. Quick service with Jessica leading the way. They also offered several $5 drinks, by the way the AYCE shrimp deal was $20. There were 7 different choices served 3 at a time. It included 2 sides as well. I was impressed with the freshness of the shrimp , served hot & crispy! Several other servers helped Jessica. We finished with a chocolate cake offer free for my birthday. Also, if you download the Red Lobster app you get 10% off your first visit! Super deal! Clean restrooms with very accessible entrance & seating for the handicapped!

Took my childhood friend to celebrate her birthday at Red Lobster for an all you can eat shrimp experience. I had the pleasure of having been served by THE BEST SERVER EVER !!! Jessica was AMAZING, our orders came through in a very timely manner and those coconut shrimps were exactly what I was hoping for, simply SCRUMPTIOUS!! And she kept them coming. She was friendly, very personable, quick and a delight to deal with. She would swing by to make sure we were ok and asked if we needed anything and she was just incredible. She didn’t skip a beat. Food was delicious, service was great, and definitely coming back !! I give this place 5 thumbs up. But I give JESSICA a 10 .. Red Lobster has a superstar there!!! As for the food, the biscuits were good as always and the new orleans salmon entree was so flavorful and the right amount of spicy kudos to the cook. the service receives 5/5 because our waiter, Jessica, was super friendly, generous, charismatic, funny, and really made the whole experience of our dinner greater than i would’ve been with your average waitress. Jessica is so professional, sweet, and friendly. Her personality is overwhelmingly humble and caring. She made me feel right at home as if I was home eating with my family. I was eating lunch alone and she made me feel like I had guest with me. The food was great and I’ll ONLY eat at this Red Lobster in Hialeah across from the 103 Street mall from now on.
